Was great, staff were pleasant and felt looked after. Went for the facial. Was good but was very shocked when I was charged over £100 for it, would have been better if I was told the price beforehand and also given the option of different facials before starting the treatment. Otherwise good, might return but won't go for something so expensive.

Had a fantastic experience as usual. Staff r amazing and very welcoming, the service is excellente I really do recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic! I had such a wonderful experience! My wonderful stylist Emma was incredible and has given me the best cut I have probably ever had! The whole team there was effortlessly lovely and made me feel welcome and at ease. Emma was also kind enough to take the time to talk me through product options and make perfect recommendations. I cannot recommend Ena enough, I can't wait till I need a trim!

Love this place. You start with a consultation and once you've agreed what is to be done the magic begins...from hair treatments, to colour (as wild as you dare), precision sharp haircut, hair washes with products that do wonders, and blow drys with bounce but no excessive body - the priority here is healthy hair. Free tea, coffee, wine with homemade cakes. Everyone here is so welcoming that it feels like home. Did I mention that the salon and products come with sustainability credentials. My stylist and colourist is the super friendly and amazing Gianna.
