Went there with a friend who needed a new backpack. The staff at the counter were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining, in detail, all of the bags many pockets/pouches/features. They also explained how to adjust and fit the bag properly and how to releave weight on certain areas. From what I was expecting (for a shop in central London) they went well above and beyond. It really shows these guys not only enjoy their work but also are interested in the great outdoors.

For people who don't worry too much about brands or aren't specialized in any sport. Cheap clothes that will do the necessary. If you don't mind pay more and want better quality or brands go to the stores next door.

Unit 4 Juxon House, St Pauls Churchyard, London, St Paul's EC4M 8AY, UK – 020 3675 8797

Great location near St Pauls Cathedral in City. A lot of sales. Some good camping clothes and shoes.

Pretty consistent with the rest of the reviews - have picked up equipment here when needed at short notice but the staff is not very helpful and the downstairs (camping + hiking) seems to be constantly under staffed. Usually have to abandon and walk upstairs to pay.

Westgate House, 10-11 Holborn, London, Holborn EC1N 2LL, UK – 020 7167 6791

Visited this store on the weekend. Whilst it took a while for a sales assistant to ask whether I needed help, when he did it was great! Really friendly, helpful, and knowledgable young man. Gave me a lot of information about the walking boot, options to get a better fit, and brought me lots of different sizes to try on. Whilst he was young and maybe less experienced with hiking and backpacking, he tried his best and it was very appreciated as a first-time backpacker myself. Good stock range but the other staff were a bit grumpy and a lot less forthcoming.

Great selection of camping gear and very good helpful service from the young lady Shyma
