My girlfriend works for Virgin Active in Australia & I have a buddy membership. We had no trouble getting in & the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Laura or similar) was super helpful. We trained here again a few days later & she ensured that everything was in place so we could just come straight in with no issues. Facility itself is very good; weights area is small but well equipped. Lots of functional bits like vipers, TRXs & bands.
The VA chain of gyms are the best I've ever been to. Worth the price if you can afford it

Much smaller inside then I realised. Staff were very nice. Machines are in sections and there's a lot of equipment considering the size. I went on a Saturday at 10:30am and it wasn't busy which is great. There were a few classes going on. Loved pool side. Only health club I've been to with fun music on by the pool :)
Quite a nice gym. It has a gym area, pool, sauna and classes space. I'd recommend it specially if combined with the vitality discount. They offer free visits to potential customer, be sure to check it before enrolling. The service of providing towels for each visitors is really appreciated

A good gym if you can afford the high membership cost. This branch is the nicest virgin active I’ve been too. Very popular with the working crowd meaning it is very empty on weekends or during work hours.
I've been looking for a gym like the one I had back in the US. The experience at Virgin Active is very similar to lifetime fitness if not equivalent! I love it! Highly recommend it to anyone.
