My girlfriend works for Virgin Active in Australia & I have a buddy membership. We had no trouble getting in & the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Laura or similar) was super helpful. We trained here again a few days later & she ensured that everything was in place so we could just come straight in with no issues. Facility itself is very good; weights area is small but well equipped. Lots of functional bits like vipers, TRXs & bands.
The VA chain of gyms are the best I've ever been to. Worth the price if you can afford it

Amazing gym. Part of the Virgin elite level of clubs. Fabulous fabulous including altitude room and full sauna steam room etc. Friendly staff and large aerobic and weights areas. All kit is modern and state of the art. They will even clean your shoes and iron your shirts whilst you work out. Great gym!
Fantastic gym, clean, friendly staff, Cannon Street along with Mansion House and Aldersgate are my favourite clubs. All have really good class offerings and are all up to the same clean standards. This club also has a really cool altitude studio

I have been a member at the club for over 3 months and I am really happy I joined. The lady that helped me to join the club was very helpful yet efficient and explained each package with confidence plus the reception team was very welcoming. The classes are great quality and kept me motivated. Yes the gym can get busy at peak times but I haven’t ever waited for a machine. The great thing I love is that I can make it in my lunch hour and have a intense 30 minute class plus shower and back to my desk in the hour. Overall I would say great value for money and I would highly recommend it to my colleagues and friends. The club seems to be managed to a very high standard plus they have straighters which is a great bonus!!
Great gym and good value for money for the area and classes offered even on flexible packages. Love the Circuit and Boxing classes. Would highly recommend
