Great nightclub.. Little bit expensive £25 entrance fee.. £10 drinks but all in all a good night.. Bar staff full of energy and friendly.. Thumbs up guys.. Thanks for welcoming a young 53 year old...

Really strictly entry policy No ID - No entry! On the entrance, you have to pay only by cash. The door staff was rude. Security check was very thoroughgoing, more strictly than on the airport. But I was going there for a party and it was worth it. The club is in the underground, but the air condition works really well! The sound is perfect in every room. The visuals and light are amazing.

Club Aquarium

The swimming pool at the back of the club is what you need to relax after few shots and dance...

Golf Clubs

Urban Golf - Royal Smithfield

12 Smithfield St, London EC1A 9LA, UK – 020 7248 8600

Great fun night, doesn't matter if you can't play golf it's funny and easy to do. Lots of staff around to help who are super friendly. DJ is great with a broad mix of tunes

I went in expecting crazy golf, but it was instead a digital 18-hole golf experience. Cameras track the speed and direction you hit the ball (no need for the ball to touch the screen) and then translate that into the 'game'. If that is your sort of thing and you are good at real gold, you will likely enjoy this. If you are like me (bad at gold, but like crazy gold,) you won't enjoy it here very much.

Junkyard Golf Club

Old Truman Brewery, 91 Brick Ln, London E1 6QL, UK

Competitive and social, Junkyard golf is not an original concept, but the execution is unique. With a big venue for a London location, there is big variety between courses, all well designed with their own style and character. The pacing and length is a little quick and short for the price, but it's great fun especially with a large group. The service is friendly and fun, the drinks are good and the location is great - what lets them down is a sub par food offering that needs some work. I'd suggest popping to Brick Lane after for a good cheap curry!

You can tell they've done a lot of work to stick to the theme of junkyard golf. Seems like they use real props to decorate. The problem i have is the holes area really basic. Don't think they thought too much about making the holes complex and rather focused on the decoration. Most holes you are hitting into a hole which went down a ramp and out next to the hole. I think it could be more fun if I had drank or pre gamed and went with a big group, but was just with one friend. They do have bars everywhere which was cool.

DB Golf Academy London

18 St Swithin's Ln, London EC4N, UK – 020 7283 2011

Great facility in an excellent location and, most importantly, top quality coaches. Best place in London by far for golf coaching and practice.

Best coach ever had

Local Sports Clubs

Golden Lane Sport & Fitness

Fane Lane, Golden Lane Estate, London EC1Y 0SH, UK – 020 7250 1464

Great place for workout during your office hours. Not too crowded. Small compared to other fusion gyms but adequate.

Very good value for money memberships, however facilities are fairly limited. Recommended for anyone without a high budget who lives or works locally

Regents Canoe Club

Islington Boat Club, 16-34 Graham St, London N1 8JX, UK

Ben that's not a review. A review says stuff like "best days of my life" and "joined, never looked back" and "I'd been looking for years to find a good whitewater club in London, now I'm satiated." Mostly true.

Great club with equipment and access to the canal. Check the website for information on how to join.

City Golf & Health Clubs

40 Coleman St, London EC2R 5EH, UK – 020 7796 5960

A very good place to go for Personal Training in terms of location and cost without having to be a member. hardly ever queue for equipment as the main users are either PT clients or private members. They have about five or six trainers, I personally trained with Dave Selkirk who is very knowledgeable and has introduced a lot of new variety into my workouts. for the hourly rate you get on 10 sessions, you would probably have to sign up for 12 weeks of 3 weekly sessions to get the same rate from some of the "PT-only" outfits in town so has been great value.

great place to learn golf better and help you relax more great palace love it i will be going back
