Lady Abercorn's Pub & Kitchen

40 Liverpool St, London EC2M 7QN, UK – 020 7618 7300

Maybe a tiny bit gloomy inside but the staff are friendly and the inside is nice and comfy with lots of space to sit. It's not a rammed bar so there's space for all and it doesn't take long to get your drink. They charge a quid for sparkling soda water from the "tap" which I always think is a bit cheeky unless it's all anyone is having. But no matter it's a good choice for a pint near Liverpool Street station.

The bar is very nice and there is a great tv ( only one) in the main bar. The food is terrible and it fits the English cuisine reputation. The hamburger was uneatable. And also other things were not good (was it ceaser salad?) The vibe is nice. Come and drink, don't order any food.

The Ten Bells

84 Commercial St, London E1 6LY, UK – 020 7247 7532

Awesome Pub with super friendly bar service! We were doing a mini pub crawl and trying to hit a half dozen spots that night, and Ten Bells was definitely one of the best! The Bar staff recommended the razorback and now I'll do the same as it was a deliciously smooth beer worth trying. This place is highly recommended.

Great location and friendly staff but gets super busy and is pretty cramped during peak times. I guess that's just a testament to how popular the place is though! Offers a decent range of beers as well as an Old Fashioned menu which is pretty cool. There's an upstairs bit too which is usually a bit more chilled out and quicker to get service if it's not booked out for a private function.

The Dugout at Belushi's Sports Bar

161-165 Borough High St, London SE1 1HR, UK – 020 7939 9700

Went for bottomless brunch the food was ok and the Mimosa's were not the greatest. But they were drinkable and for £20 it really was a fun afternoon.

Great space for a large group - staff were helpful and friendly, and the table service they provide is really useful for a space of this size. Drinks a reasonable London price, with offers available on craft brew cans. Food was good, if overpriced, and service was fast.
