Dental Surgeries - both Private and NHS

Charles Landau Dentistry

6 Prebend St, Islington, London N1 8PT, UK – 020 7226 3424

Can't recommend these guys enough. Sophie and Yaz are super friendly and extremely professional, making you feel at ease and confident you're in good hands, A* service - thanks for everything!

Hadn't been to the dentist in a while so I was pretty apprehensive. I saw Sophie who was absolutely brilliant, all the staff make you feel incredibly welcome, they're so friendly that it is a pleasure to get a check up. I will now feel a lot more confident booking my next dentist appointment, couldn't recommend highly enough.

London City Dentists

10 Lloyd's Avenue, London, Tower Hill EC3N 3AX, UK – 020 7488 4445

Had not been to the dentist for years. Found these guys near my work, and they have been really great and accommodating. Talking me through the work I am having done and explaining what's what, great dentist, great music, great location, great assistants! Very recommended!

Despite my best efforts, I have had an increasing number of problems with my teeth over the past few years. With my latest bout of pain, I decided to have a number of intensive sessions to salvage my teeth and restore a bit of self confidence. Wayne and the team at London City Dentists spent hours fastidiously rectifying a number of problems with my teeth. All the time I was there I felt comfortable (almost falling asleep in the chair at some points) - completely at odds to my experiences at other dentists. Wayne has really transformed my mouth, and I couldn't recommend the practice more!

IGDP Limited - Dentist Islington

66 Upper St, London N1 0NY, UK – 020 7226 0849

I'm a teenager and this was my first time going to a private dental practice. I had a bacterial infection in one tooth which kept me nervous for a few months (but turned out to just be minor). I believe I was given Dr Rory Mac Sweeney who was regularly reassuring, constantly kind, very intelligent, and gave detailed answers on any problems or questions I had. Brilliant dentist. I feel bad for not having anything very special to say about the staff there as they were similar to the usual staff I encounter, but they were definitely doing their jobs well as they were pleasant and helpful. Nothing bad to say there. The building is quite narrow, but the waiting room was big enough as there were only a few people in there. The building had a nice, quiet, and professional atmosphere which was relaxing to wait in. I would note that the entrance to the building is quite small and not as obvious compared to the storefronts around there, so keep an eye out for it and know where you're looking, just to be safe. I'd highly recommend this dental practice as I had entered a nice environment, and then left feeling very satisfied with the service I had received. I'll be strongly considering coming back here for anything I'm very worried about.

Finished my Fastbraces treatment with Stephan and the team this morning and I am simply over the moon with the results. I have to praise the whole team for my experience there. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, which made each visit a delight. It is stated that tooth movement can happen from Day 1, which I was very skeptical about. However within minutes of leaving the practice I could see and feel my lower incisors had already moved and continued to do so. My treatment took longer than anticipated, but this was due to the many adjustments I requested, which Stephan accommodated with ease. Straight after my braces were removed I saw the hygienist Monika who was simply fabulous. She is so knowledgeable and informative. As an adult I was so nervous about embarking on orthodontic treatment but I am so pleased that I took the plunge. I have no hesitation in recommending IGDP for your orthodontic and dentistry needs.

Doctors serving the London area

Dr G Marlowe - De Beauvoir Surgery

30 Hertford Rd, London N1 5QT, UK – 020 7923 3684

I decided to write a review as my circumstances have changed and I found that the staff here was very understandable. I've been with this surgery since the old location. Someone recommended to me based on their experience and I must say that I don't regret it at all. The staff is incredible good, from the receptionists who are atentive and very polite to the professionalism and great empathy the doctors have shown. I also mention the nurse whom I saw her a few times and she left me a very good impression each time( I am scared of needles but she was very gentle and lovely). I wish all surgeries will be great as this one. Well done to the team!

I have been a patient of this surgery for many years, since the old location. Many of the doctors have been with this surgery many years too, and have great knowledge, ability and customer service. The new doctors are also very impressive. Can be difficult to get an appointment within a short number or days, but have nearly always been seen on the day when it has been an emergency. In the climate we are in I regard this still very good.

London Doctors Clinic - Private GP

3.4, 46 New Broad St, London EC2M 1JH, UK – 020 8712 9378

Extremely friendly and reassuring. Very good value. saves the stress of making the phone call to your GP to be told you cant be seen for 10 days. will definitely recommend.

Use this service a lot. Very practical for city workers, good consultants and not too pricey. Highly recommend

London Doctors Clinic

Room 101, 117 Waterloo Rd, Lambeth, London SE1 8UL, UK – 020 8712 9378

Very comfortable reception and office. Both times I've been here (once on a Saturday) the doctor actually listened, gave clear advice, and helped me with prescriptions and referrals, and to navigate how to get the further help I needed. They also stock certain basic prescriptions right there - eliminating the need for another stop at a pharmacy, which is helpful especially off-hours. Sometimes, it's worth it to invest a little for excellent service.

I was in a desperate situation where I needed a standard medication (for me) prescription before I ran out of an important medication. While not actually referred to this practice, I did get some strong suggestions to google London Doctor’s Clinic. That cake from another PHS physician. The appointment scheduling was excellent and, from the time I tried to book an appointment until I was examined and had my new prescription, it was less than an hour.

NHS and Private Hospitals in EC3N and throughout London

The Royal London Hospital

Whitechapel Rd, Whitechapel, London E1 1BB, UK – 020 7377 7000

I had neck surgery at the Royal London Hospital. The doctors and staff were competent, helpful and kind. I was treated with compassion and care. There were some disgruntled and rude patients but even they were dealt with very politely. The equipment is modern and the whole hospital is very well run.

My daughter was born here on 18.03.18. We had a good experience. She was breech and initially I was devastated I couldn't use the Barkantine or Lotus. I was booked for a planned c section but went into labour before the appointment. Even though I was only 1cm dilated, as there was some bleeding, I was admitted to triage and had my own room until I was 5cm dilated when they prepared me for theatre. This is where the hospital really excels. The spinal block was administered expertly and 20 mins later my daughter was delivered. She never left my sight after that. We were wheeled to a recovery area and given a fantastic breakfast of coffee toast yogurt banana while the private room we requested was made ready. After a short delay I was discharged to the private room and left to recover. My husband had a large chair which reclined to a bed. Within 36 hours we were discharged which I thought was great. Thanks to all of the staff for taking such good care of us.

London Bridge Hospital

27 Tooley St, London SE1 2PR, UK – 020 7407 3100

This is the best place for any procedure. Jenny rose, Nadia and Sarah were the best nurses and I love this facility. Great experience!!!

The doctors and nurses I’ve had at London Bridge have been phenomenal. A wonderful hospital.

St. Thomas' Hospital

Westminster Bridge Rd, Lambeth, London SE1 7EH, UK – 020 7188 7188

Best hospital I've ever been to. Staff are really friendly and although it's a hospital I had a fabulous time there and I was treated well. It's a really big hospital. If I could, I would give this place more than a five-star rating. 👍

Together with Guys, best Hospital I have been to in 17 years living in the Country. The Staff is kind and caring, the Receptionists are efficient and empathic, the A&E is clean, welcoming and everyone was professional and I trusted everything I was told. I have been here plenty of time and I never experienced or witnessed any shortfalls in care or behaviour. If taken ill I would only go to St. Thomas or die trying to get there! At no point did I feel that my pain and concerns were ignored, I highly recommend this facility. Cleanliness is incredible.Trust me, I have OCD!!!

Private Medical Clinics serving London

Fleet Street Clinic

29 Fleet St, London EC4Y 1AA, UK – 020 7353 5678

I went to Simone for my dental work. I had all of my front composites redone and used home whitening. I couldn’t have asked for better care and service. My teeth look AMAZING. Simone is so thourough and takes the extra time to make everything look perfect which is extremely reassuring. Will definitely always go back now I have found a dentist that I can put my trust in.

I have been seeing Andrew Doody for my osteopathic care since 2012. He is always extremely helpful and gives me practical advice for managing my health. The team in the clinic are friendly and remember me by name. Thank you for providing outstanding healthcare with a personal touch!

City Walk-In Clinic

33-34 Bury St, London EC3A 5AR, UK – 020 7101 0355

Very good and efficient, impressive knowledge and excellent advice given. I can highly recommend this, especially if you're on a business trip or on holiday. NHS/GP's are difficult to find when you need them. But this clinic is very approachable, really cares about the patient and you can make an appointment on the same day or just walk-in.

Been going here since I moved to London 4 years ago. The doctors are top notch, very knowledgeable and very attentive and caring. It's great to come here if you don't like waiting 2 weeks or more for an appointment to see your NHS GP. I think £75 per consultation is fair as the service is truly outstanding. Most times you can get an appointment on the same day. Very convenient.

London Doctors Clinic

3.7, 344-354 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8BP, UK – 020 8712 9378

Amazing service. Highly skilled professional, caring and empathic, quick appointment, zero wait, affordable rate. Saw Dr. Mookhtadir Ansar at King’s Cross location and am thoroughly impressed. Have never written review for a doctor before but feel compelled after visit with him. Highly recommend him.

It's really easy to book appointments online. All doctors I've seen here have been very professional and helpful. For what you pay it's a great service.

Travel Clinics

London Travel Clinic - London Bridge

100 Borough High St, London SE1 1SZ, UK – 020 3432 1381

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Refreshingly honest advice on the risk factors for travel with no attempts to upsell. On the expensive side, but I booked yesterday and was in and out in 15 minutes today, so a premium service. Would recommend.

Great service. Not cheap, but worth it for the convenience and speed

Nomad Travel Clinic & Travel Store

65 London Wall, London EC2M 5TU, UK – 01341 555061

These guys are excellent. Very friendly and know their stuff inside out. The office is 5 mins from work and it's soo easy to just book and walk in/out for appointments. Thank you! I'd definitely recommend.

Excellent and informed advice by a qualified, knowledgable nurse. Some products also purchasable for increased protection such as mosquito sprays and nets. A very good experience and definitely recommend for Travel vaccinations and health advice.

Central Travel Clinic - Farringdon

1-5 Clerkenwell Rd, London EC1M 5PA, UK – 020 8123 0521

An amazing service. Soon to be embarking on a round the world trip and the service I have received is as close to perfect as you can get. I went to the Farringdon clinic Saturday gone 03/03/18 and the healthcare professional at the clinic was professional, informative, helpful, honest (not trying to sell you vaccines for money) and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. I couldn't recommend this place any more.

Excellent service! I managed to get a last minute appointment at the Farringdon centre. The pharmacist was fantastic, explaining all the options and risks for the countries I am heading to. She carefully went through my chaotic vaccination history and travel itinerary to advise on which jabs I did and didn't need. Costs of vaccinations seem comparable to other places I had looked at but service was much better.

Killick Street Health Centre

75 Killick St, Kings Cross, London N1 9RH, UK – 020 7833 9939

Doctor was very nice compared to those in other locations (so far used 3 other medical centers). He spent a lot of time to understand history of issue, offered various solutions and got me appointment with a specialist. What else i can ask for?

After coming here from Australia just after the GFC, our family has struggled to find a decent medical centre which was clean, had enough doctors and took the time to listen to patients. I have to say these guys are the best public medical centre I have been to. Only issue is the difficulty in getting through for a same day appointment - that really should be looked into. P.s. i read some of the 1 star reviews, they seem totally different to our own experiences.

Blithehale Health Centre

22 Dunbridge St, London E2 6JA, UK – 020 7739 5497

Great surgery. I’m writing this to apologise for missing my appointment at 19:30 tonight. I’m late. Won’t make it. And your phone line to cancel is closed.

Made an appointment over the phone, quick and easily . Staff was friendly and polite.

Nuffield Health London City Health Clinic

25 Hosier Ln, London EC1A 9PH, UK – 020 7236 2832

Whilst the centre is quite small, and tucked-up on the third floor of a mixed-use commercial building, the interior is up to the usual high Nuffield Health Centre standard. The staff were very friendly and I felt the examination conducted was to a good standard. When I visited, the building conducted a fire-drill, meaning all persons had to leave the building. Whilst I was not aware this was going to happen, I was well looked after and accompanied safely out of the building.

This is a great scheme and I think more gyms should take it up.

Hospices for Children and Adults

St. Joseph's Hospice

Mare St, London E8 4SA, UK – 020 8525 6000

My mum was recommended to St Josephs from her care team. They said it would be good for her to get some respite. I cried when taking my mum but the nurses met us at the door and could see how emotional I was and from that minute gave comfort and reassurance that she was in safe hands. After 5 days my mum was a different person. Back to herself. These people are angels in disguise. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Very very special place, have known it as a professional visiting patients and as a friend visiting loved ones

Barchester Healthcare Ltd

3rd Floor, The Aspect, 12 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1AS, UK – 020 7382 2860

As a regular visitor to Thackeray House I have noticed the rise in stress levels with the Carers. Often only 1 carer is left on the floor to serve meals and answer calls - something has got to give. We want more Carers throughout the day. We understand the reduction of staff is due to a Head Office directive - it is unsafe for our relatives in this sort of environment. It won't be just the staff leaving but your fee paying residents.. it's awful to witness the lack of consideration given to the staff. Visitors should be interviewed to tell you the reality of your directives. Please deal with the staffing issues THEY cannot cope with work levels especially between 11am and 3pm.

AcuBody Therapies

London Natural Health, 46 Theobalds Road, London, Camden WC1X 8NW, UK – 020 3823 6888

Without knowing exactly where to start, I can say with conviction that I have had a wonderful experience with the humans at Acubody and especially Duncan. I called him after many disappointing and hurtful doctors consultations, as a last ditch effort to start healing from the many ugly symptoms of my newly found celiacs disease. I was never really sick before so had little need for doctors and never tried anything but conventional medicine, but both my parents had had pleasant experiences so urged me to try. I was hesitant because not only was i over people who didn’t seem to care about my issues, but I’m beyond terrified of needles, so the idea of willingly allowing someone to stick them all over my body was daunting, but desperate times, and all that, so i called. From the phone call to our first session to the last one, Duncan has been amazing! He’s listened attentively, given realistic goals and expectations and is always curious about any change, good or bad. He was professional but crazy friendly, amazing with the needles, trust me-he’s magic, and explains why and where the needles are going and reasons his methods. Being in that room for the hour, was both a therapeutic and restorative time for me and I’d find myself excited to get needled. He has dealt with the majority of the ugliness and i know i will see even more improvement in the sessions to come. I’m eternally grateful and so glad that my path led me to him! Also, the price of the treatment was also ideal much to my student wallet’s happiness. Simply put, Duncan is the best, there are no ifs ands or buts about it.

Duncan gave me acupuncture for a few issues I was experiencing. He was calm, professional, kind and really tried to understand and resolve the cause of my issues which so far haven't returned. I would definitely recommend him.

Acupuncturists London

18 Devonshire Row, London EC2M 4RH, UK – 07830 325856

I have been going to see Jonathan for a few months now for Acupuncture. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia which is an incredibly painful neurological condition. I went there after 2 years of medics just giving me more drugs or telling me surgery on the brain would be the best way. In the time that I have been going to his practice, Jonathan has taught me a lot about how to look after myself and how to encourage my system to be better with itself. We have talked about causes and how to manage it myself rather than going straight to the prescription pad which I was heavily reliant on before. I am now taking a much smaller dose of medication which I never thought possible and I am gradually learning how to look after myself better. I could not recommend Jonathan highly enough. I am very grateful for his help.

I was treated at this clinic for a number of weeks because I was suffering from anxiety and symptoms of IBS. I had really bad pains from the IBS, which disappeared by session four. The anxiety also cleared up quite quickly. I understand now that in order to keep myself symptom free, I have to manage how I look after my body. I am very grateful that I met Jonathan as I had been seeing doctors for years with no results.

Dr (TCM) Angelo D'Alberto

Acupuncture London Token House, 11/12 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS, UK – 020 7954 9298

I went to see Angelo for acupuncture in the lead up to, and during IVF treatment. It was my first experience with acupuncture and I found Angelo's friendly and calming manner put me at ease straight away. I would definitely recommend, especially as I am now 4 months pregnant :)

After four failed fertility treatments, I decided to pay a visit to Angelo. We underwent out fifth IVF treatment alongside acupuncture sessions with Angelo and we are currently expecting twins. I would definitely recommend Angelo's services; appointments are readily available and he is very accommodating. Angelo's sessions are one on one, therefore giving you the required attention and care you need. His friendly personality and caring approach make the sessions relaxing and something to look forward to!

I've been to see Elizabeth 3 times now. The first time was life-changing and since then I was hooked. She is very easy to talk to and takes a genuine interest in understanding the challenges you may be going through. The therapy takes place in a great environment and I always feel energised and happy when I leave. Highly recommended, whether you are in pain or just need a check up!

Bodymotion Chiropractic & Sports Massage Clinic

1 Wallside wood St, London EC2Y 8BH, UK – 020 7374 2272

I’ve been working with Khalil for a couple of months now and am extremely happy with the results. He’s helped with all the issues I had and my strength training has benefitted from all the work we’ve done together and his knowledge of training as well. He takes time to explain what he’s doing and how the prescribed exercises will help etc. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend him to anyone especially if you lead an active lifestyle and workout often

Just outstanding. I have a slipped disc which is excruciating and went to see Khalil at bodymotion. What he knows about the body is incredible. In just a few short weeks, I'm walking straighter and were making fabulous progress. Khalil listens to the problems you are having and tailors his exercises to suit your problem so you are getting a truly personal experience. I very much like his thinking of your mind given the right stimuli can sort it's own problems out. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

MotionBack (High Holborn)

88 Kingsway, Holborn, London WC2B 6AA, UK – 020 7112 5408

I've been here twice. Andy worked his magic on my back and I came out feeling great. These 2 sessions were helpful reducing my back pain but not a full cure, the onus is on me to improve my posture as a more permanent solution. Andy gave some tips on how to do this, and on how to strengthen my back, which I plan to follow. Also enjoyed speaking to Andy, he's a nice guy.

very professional and personal experience. Always explains what he is doing throughout leaving you comfortable and relaxed whilst at the same time learning. Been a few times over the last 2 years and never had a bad experience. Would recommend new patients to give Andy a try and not suffer in silence from back pain. Keep up the good work Andy!

Judith Havas Homeopathy

Marchmont St, Bloomsbury, London WC1N 1AP, UK – 020 7833 3159

I was recommended Judith at a time I desperately needed some support physically and spiritually and I will always remain grateful to her. After seeing her for some EFT sessions supported by homeopathic treatment, not only have I become calmer and healthier generally, but I also finally started conquering my long-standing fears and progressing towards my dreams. She is an open minded and caring professional and I feel lucky to have received her healing wisdom. I have recommended her to my own close friends since.

I first visited Judith nearly 5 years ago with my 18 months old son, who had a persistent cough. The cough was gone after receiving homeopathic treatment from Judith. Over the years she treated my two sons for a great variety of childhood ailments from tonsillitis to ear infections. I also received treatment from her during my second pregnancy. Judith is very caring and professional. I found her treatments very helpful, she also gives very good health advice.

Vision Express Opticians

120 Cheapside, Westminster, London EC2V 6BT, UK – 020 7796 1593

I am really surprised that this store has some bad reviews because I only have good experiences. The optometrist girl who did my eye test was just amazing, so nice and so helpful. She shared all the information I needed and I did not feel being rushed at all. I got monthly contact lenses and a new pair of glasses for a great price, it was a bargain.

Had a morning appointment, if that makes any difference. Not my usual store, but closer to work so easier. I arrived a little early but was ushered straight into a small room for the first part of my test. Was told to return to the waiting area after, but as soon as I sat sown I was called in by the optometrist. A very complete test was given by a polite guy who explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Since I was getting new frames I was then handed to one of the sales assistants. Again, a very good experience. The woman was very helpful and honest. There was no up-sell or forcing of unneeded extras - just helpful, honest advice. Very happy with the experience and will definitely be using again.

Geoff is brilliant. I went to him with a sore hip after a 26 mile hike, with a sore shoulder after swimming, and with a hurting foot, and in all three occasions he got me back to my old self again with a combination of treatment and exercise. Very highly recommended!

Central London Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic

I thoroughly recommend Torben and the clinic. I had a painful neck for several weeks and I feel it has improved after just one session. I look forward to going back. Thank you Torben!

Both mum and I attended and felt so much better. This is an excellent clinic for your back or anything that goes 'click'. Great location too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Ben Katz Osteopathy

Osteopathy East, 41 Mare St, London E8 4RB, UK – 07816 848044

Ben treated both myself and my son I was suffering from terrible vertigo which was impacting on the quality of my life terribly, I tried lots of different treatments over 8 months and Ben who was recommended by a friend, manage to treat me after just 4 sessions. My son had back pain from lifting something incorrectly this also improved after about 5 sessions. Ben is kind and thoughtful and listens so well and very informative and experienced. We both felt confident with his treatment. A great Success.

Ben has treated two of my children in the past for neck pain and nose and breathing issues with great success. Both my children come out of the sessions much more comfortable, calm and relaxed and after a few sessions their issues seem to have disappeared. I like Ben’s holistic approach to one’s wellbeing and would highly recommend him to alleviate pain and improve overall posture and balance.

Central Health Physiotherapy

53-64 Chancery Ln, London WC2A 1QS, UK – 020 7404 6343

Lizzie Hewitt has treated me twice for painfully stiff and tense muscles in my back and neck. She has worked firmly but sensitively, checking frequently that the deep tissue manipulation wasn't getting too painful. She has been clear in her analysis of the likely causes of the muscle spasm and recommended Pilates exercises to help reduce or avoid recurrence of my problems. Lizzie has a delightful manner and I have been very pleased with the results.

Great services, very friendly and helpful staff. I managed to get appointments very quickly for deep tissue massage. after a few sessions only, they got rid of quite a few nasty knots in my back!

Covent Garden Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

1, Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 1LA, UK – 020 7497 8974

Had a very good experience. The team was very quick to book me in and answer my questions. I was visited by Anthony who was very friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fix my issue, explaining what had happened by my back and the pain was gone in 24h! Very good price for excellent service.

I have been seeing Andrew Marshall for the past six weeks, after my recovery of a hip replacement had slowed. I must say that the service has been fantastic, and I have felt significant improvements in the functionality and comfort of my new hip. Andrew has demonstrated a remarkable expertise on the muscular and anatomical factors regarding my recovery, but he always explains them in a concise, practical fashion. He answers questions brilliantly and ensures that I am comfortable and confident with each exercise before leaving me to progress through them. On top of this, Andrew's colleagues are friendly and the facilities they operate in are top notch. I would recommend Covent Garden Physio to anyone with not only hip issues, but any other injuries or recovery periods that they may need help with.

Lucas Teague Psychotherapy

The Courtyard House, 170 Brick Ln, London E1 6RU, UK – 07894 526987

I started working with Lucas to help me overcome various issues I had been struggling with over a number of years. I didn't realise it, but many of the issues that were impacting me internally, which also manifested themselves externally, developed at a very young age. Lucas helped me get clarity around those issues at their core and really helped me develop a sense of myself I didn't realise existed. From that new foundation I've been able to be true to who I am and now also true to others. That really helped me lay a foundation of strength in my life instead of one built on fear and control. I feel now I have the tools to really assess why I make certain decisions and how to evaluate myself in a positive and constructive way. Thank you Lucas for all of your help! It was tough work, and at times tough to admit to myself what we worked through, but truly life changing for me and my family! -PD

I worked with Lucas for 8 months and He really helped me a lot working on my fears and my poor self-confidence. I started the counselling mostly for my problems with relationships and in the same time I started to date my actual boyfriend. I was very scared and full of questions and I really believe that Lucas and the counselling contributed to build my relationship when it was so fragile in its beginning. Me and my boyfriend We recently celebrated 1 year that we live together. I think Lucas is really professional, giving the right space and in the same time the humanity to feel confident to completely open yourself. He really loves his job.

The Koan Practice

19 Wentworth St, London E1 7TB, UK – 020 8252 9532

A good practice with efficient communication. The reduced cost service was particularly helpful!

The reduced cost therapy scheme at The Koan Practice helped me out in the most difficult period of my life and I was very happy to have support when I was in great difficulties, on a financial level as well as mental and so on. It was really good to see every week the same therapist to build trust, and I found that rather than a therapy we were co-creating the session, depending on what needed to be addressed. It took me few months to recover and I now feel much better and more confident. thanks so much

Reflexology around London

Feet Pray Love Reflexology London

Whitechapel Rd, London E1 1BW, UK – 07968 287042

My session with Rosanna truly opened my eyes to reflexology. To be honest I was fairly ignorant and skeptical about the subject before I met Rosanna but her warmth and expertise convinced me that I needed to book in a session with her. What a blessing! She made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I came in the room and I couldn’t believe the effects during and after the session. She truly put me back in touch with my body (I was astounded to find how much she could tell about me from my feet!) I have been sleeping better since my appointment and feel more relaxed and in tune emotionally and physically. I will definitely be booking another session!

I had a very bad problem with my Achilles heal and underneath my foot, where I couldn't even walk. Once I have been there I realised that she does just cure the foot pain. But she actually diagnoses the full body and the systems with the foot. And she gives a detailed diagnosis. And all that I have to do is to enjoy the experience of the best foot massage (ever). I feel my head and my body is lighter and the pain is gone. Definitely going back and would recommend anyone.

The Reflexology Space

I had my treatment last Saturday afternoon here, at 3.15-4.30pm. I was let in to a nice warm room and greeted by a smiling therapist. During my treatment, which I was really enjoying, suddenly there was a hard knocking at the door. I opened my eyes and saw that the therapist didn’t want to stop working and ignored the door knocking. I saw the time, it was 4pm only. I closed my eyes again to enjoy my session again. After a few seconds, there was another set of hard nervous knocking at the door which lasted till the end of my treatment, till about 4.10pm. I dressed up and thanked for my treatment which I really found very relaxing till that hard knocking at the door. Upon leaving the room, I saw a black African woman at the door looking inside the room. I made my way downstairs to the bathroom, and accidentally stoped as I heard the conversation of the therapist and the black girl who did start to knock at the door at 4pm. The therapist asked her to come back at her appointment time and said that her knocking disturbed the previous client treatment - mine. The black woman shouted “ you want me to come back in 20mins?????!!!!! “ “ I am the customer and I want my treatment now!!! “. I felt sorry for the therapist. After my way out of the bathroom, the black woman was gone, and I managed to speak to the therapist. The therapist said that, the black woman was not even booked in real for this day, as she checked the rota and she could not find her name. After all this what I saw, I really felt sorry for people who have to tolerate such rude behaviour!!!
