N1 Home Builders & Remodeling installed LED lights in our kitchen and hallway. The installation went smoothly. Though we paid a premium for their services, they were absolute gems!! We can't sing their praises enough!! They took pictures of the artwork so that they could rehang it once the walls were painted. You guys were worth every penny. I'd willingly recommend this company without reservation!!

Myself and my husband use this store all the time it is by far the best i have visited staff are always helpful and have great banter. We had a delivery on time and in full driver even called me to say they were on their way then helped me into the house with my goods as my husband was not about at the time. People that write these bad reviews should be ashamed by some of their comments on peoples personal appearances and vision, reviews should not be about this. if this is how you conduct yourself online it makes me wonder how nasty you were to these people when in store. 100% customer service to old kent road.

I was glad to discover this store today, having been a regular at nearby B&Q for years. I found the staff cheerful and friendly, more numerous than at B&Q, and I also found myself paying less than at B&Q. For example, a 4-foot 36-watt fluorescent tube was £9 at B&Q but £3 at Selco. I'll be making it my first call from now on.

Visited multiple times on 3 different days with different staff present each day. I was delightfully surprised and impressed at how fantastic the service was from all staff. Once again a Five Star Service! I always Rent SUV 4X4 Size vehicles and as per usual I received superb service. Matt the excellent Manager of the Tower Bridge Branch gave me a lovely vehicle which I was very happy with. The Customer service agent called Juned who dealt with my booking upon arrival was great, he dealt with me very quickly completing all the paperwork-he then gave me a detailed tutorial on how to operate the vehicle and made sure that I was completely happy. Juned is an excellent asset to Thrifty at Tower Bridge and I cannot wait to rent from them again soon.

A classic English pub downstairs with outdoor seating and great people watching. Just off busy street and a block from London fire monument. Upstairs is the higher end Lewis Carrol dining room which is really charming and full of natural light. Elevated traditional pub food was delicious.

This is the best experience I have had with a garage. I have never written a review before but was so impressed by the service at Clerkenwell Motors that I feel compelled to write. I drive a Tesla and have had work done other places before recommended by Tesla that I have not been happy with. Clerkenwell Motors and the owner Savo on the other hand are top professionals and provide an extraordinarily good, fast and personal service. I highly recommend them to my friends and everyone else.

Called in on the off chance they could help me with a tyre repair. Having inspected it they said it could be repaired, got a call 3hrs later to say it was ready! Would like to compliment the owner and all the staff for being helpful, interested and polite.

Just brought my rare ranger rover hse 2.7 diesel from this dealer no pressure from the guy who threw me the keys and said check it out for your self had a good look round then he came over asked a few questions , he made us very welcome , no pressure the guy had been. In. The trade 30 years ,so deposited a small amount , returned on the Saturday and a test drive then a few more checks , had done a hpi check first all clean. ... still no pressure to buying so had a few moments to discuss with the wife paid all tax done there and then found a bargain recommend this dealer comes with warranty 3 months engine and gear box , done the deal happy days

We had an excellent experience at Alan Day City. We first visited the showroom on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had picked up our brand new car. Eros Murrizi the sales representative was extremely helpful and made lots of time for us. We had several questions and very specific needs, Eros was able to answer all of those. We would have no hesitation recommending Alan Day city and more specifically Eros to anybody looking to buy a new or used car.

Everything was fine except for a few areas that can be improved up on... 1. Calls to let clients know of time it will take instead of client chasing for updates. 2. Service & MOT should not take more then 3 hours. 3. Cost need to be looked at as prices for Service & MOT should be more affordable so customers do not leave dealerships.

Not sure if management or personnel had changed since the last review but I had excellent attentive service. Came early Saturday morning to pick up the car. Very helpful information and good on driving in the city possible charges and fines. Prices are competitive as well.

A great experience all round. Customer service is excellent at all Enterprise branches I have been to, and this one is no exception. Cars are always in fantastic condition and extremely clean. My only snag the first time I was returning a car here was actually finding the place as I think the road layouts have changed since either of my satnav's were last updated, but got there in the end and this certainly doesn't take anything away from the excellent overall experience.

We were lost finding the place and called them to pick us up. Manager kindly offered an upgrade of a Hyundai hybrid which was near new with 500 miles. Was not happy about the congestion charge the London government imposed but it was not the car rental company's fault. It would be good to tell the customers when booking online from this location about such extra charge before hand. Manager and sales were helpful in deducting one way of the charge. All in all smooth and relax rental experience. Even offered a lift ride back to our airbnb accommodation.

I really like the staff at this branch. Always recognise me and offer an upgrade when available. Cars are always practically new. Booking on the app and availability doesn’t quite match the service. For example, why the app tried to charge me more than the website for the same hire, I do not know. All in all, very handy!

Very secure, easy to find, lots of space and central. HOWEVER if you book online make sure you turn up exactly at the time specified or after... not BEFORE or else they make you pay twice regardless if you've not stayed your allotted time. I was told to reverse back down a one way system against a car behind me because I entered at 21.00 instead of 22.00 and only stayed for 13 hours not 24. Should make it clearer when you're booking.

Very convenient and secure underground parking. It's easy to find because it's in a square. Unlike those parkings with entrances in small or major roads where you can miss them, this one is located in Bloomsbury Square. The square is a large green area, so you can't miss it really. So if you are nervous to drive in London, I would say this parking is well located. Once you find the square, there is an entrance ramp on the side. The nearest major attraction is the British Museum at 3 minutes walk. If you are going to Great Queen Street, it's only 5 min walk. Even if there is another parking closer to Great Queen Street, I prefer this one as it's much easier to find with a satnav. To enter or exit you need a code. Be careful when you type the code, you may inadvertently enter the wrong number and believe you have the wrong code. It happened to me twice. The reason is that you type in a touchscreen pad and if your finger is not really well in the center of the number, it may get you the wrong number. I think it something they need to look at. But once you know, it's fine and it works. There are plenty of spaces. You drive down a sort of gigantic corkscrew with places on both sides. Then, when you are at the bottom after a few revolutions, you go upward in another corkscrew with more places. So don't try to squeeze you car in the first tiny spot you see, there are much more further. Support provided during and after the booking was excellent. I dropped an email to their support and within an hour, Maureen came back to me with polite answer to my query. The parking is very secure. Nobody can enter without the proper code. It's not just matter of barriers but there is also a metallic door that opens only if the correct code is entered. Don't forget your code. Keep it safe on a paper and on your phone. I recommend booking online because it's cheaper.

Great experience! Pat requested clear and concise information before confirming he would come out (at 7AM) and got back to me within 10 minutes to confirm he could help. He was with me in just 35 minutes (Central London). He had the car door open within 5-10 minutes, alarm disabled in another 15 minutes, and after a bit off investigation had the car running (2014 car), all in the freezing snow - amazing job! So happy with the service provided by Dean today. I had some very deep scratches on the bonnet of my Audi A1. Dean collected the car and 4 hours later returned it having sanded and polished them so they are virtually invisible. Would thoroughly recommend Dean.

I had Dean do some scratch repairs on my car and the finished Look was amazing my car looked brand new like it did when I first picked it up i would definitely recommend Dean to carry out any works on my car again and Matt did a great job with the wash and polish I almost don’t want to drive it, it looks that good, once again thankyou to you both.

They always rush you to get your car done and go. They never pay enough attention to your car. They wipe your car with a smelly wet cloth that make you interior stinks for a while. The only good thing is that they are open 24hr.

What it says on the tin really, the washed my car in a timely manner. Very efficient and it came out squeaky clean. They offer so many kinds of washes/valets which is great, I got the basic one. The 4 star just because the prices are a little steep in comparison to other washes, but I suppose that's what you pay for, for a named company car wash.

This is my first ever review on google, so might be a bit long and boring. Let me be honest I have been using Kruzz car wash for more than 2 years, and now after 2 full years I'm going to write a review. Most people just use it once or twice and make a good or bad judgment and post it on google. I have washed my car for more than 2 year which is roughly (approx 40-50 washes, based on one car wash every other week). I have found them very helpful, fast workers , and always do their job properly. Few months back I went for a wash and I was the only car there trough out the whole wash, so he took more time and after that polished my car without extra charge. (This was because no one was waiting after me) I would defiantly recommend these hard working brothers for the excellent service they do. Before I started using Kruuz I used to use Prestige on Nelson Street, Which had more or less same service. But the reason I left prestige was that the queue would always go on the main road (Nelson Road) and would block the road, so had to go round and round in circles to let cars pass. Anyways I hope Kruuz crew keep the good work up. They also do every 6th car wash for free (U need to get every car wash stamped) See u soon.

The boiler was serviced today and I was given a detailed service sheet afterwards - which other companies have never provided. A list of checks performed is not a big deal but does give confidence. I don’t write reviews very often but I was properly impressed with this company. Our central heating stopped working and I couldn't work out why! I found Property Heating Solutions while I was searching on Google and gave them a call. Next step was to face time me back to see the problem and try and resolve it over the phone. Talk about excellent customer service! They sent an engineer out the next day and fixed the problem which turned out to be a faulty thermostat. I was very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

Mike Dole and his team swept six chimneys in our Grade II Listed building in EC2 today. A very professional service, excellent job done, would highly recommend.

We had to make a complaint about their first visit to clean the chimney over a gas fire. Once contact was established, Mike Dole and his team quickly rectified the problem, coming out on a Saturday to re-sweep the chimney. A really lovely place hidden away. It's a peaceful little cafe to sit down with a really nice view inside the church. Prices are okay, expected to be a bit higher in London. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They also do some small snacks, cakes and savoury food but I didn't try any of these. Overall, lovely place.

Our Bosch oven stopped working and the heating element had to be replaced. It was replaced on the first visit and the repairman was polite and obviously has extensive experience. All was sorted in less than 20 minutes. Very happy and I would definitely recommend without hesitation.

My Candy washing machine door broke and I was unable to open it. The technician was able to repair in one visit as he carried the spare part. Great service and a fantastic approach to keeping the customer satisfied. Very happy and would recommend.

I was in the need to get a thermostatic radiator valve fitted as my radiator was getting really hot. The engineer arrived on time and fitted the valve perfectly. He was highly skilled and assisted me on how to control it if the radiator gets really hot again!

I had a regular boiler check. The technician had arrived on time but I had to go to the local supermarket to get something really quickly. Meanwhile, the technician waited outside my house until I was away and when I came back, he carried out the check. I was very thankful of him to be considerate and he completed the check very professionally.

My husband, baby and I are staying at a nearby hotel and I was recommended to this laundromat - traveling with a baby involves so much washing! This is my first experience with a London laundromat, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of assistance. The couple running the laundry were lovely, pleasant, and very helpful. Unlike back at home (granted it has been a few years since I’ve not had a machine in my residence, but from what I remember), I didn’t need to have wads of change, my own detergent, or be concerned about leaving my clothes unattended. That was all part of the service. Plus, we had quite a nice chat.

I was worried calling an emergency electrician out would cost me a lot and that I’d be shown a huge bill at the end... I had no power and young children so I called ko electrical. They fixed the issue in no time. The bill at the end was only what I had been quoted, they even gave me a lightbulb that had blown in my hallway. Looking to rent in the area with a budget of 415-450pw. We had heard a lot of bad things about Foxtons, but I must say the agent we worked with was excellent. We are relocating from abroad, and the agent kept in contact regularly for weeks before our viewing schedule, and then spent 3 hours with us, showing us properties.

Brilliant service provided by Foxtons Shoreditch. This was my first experience letting a property as a landlord, and Daniel Fox was very patient and helpful in explaining all the details to me before I finally decided to instruct Foxtons as my letting agents. From then on the service provided was truly professional, from advertising the property to providing detailed feedback after each block of viewings. Within a couple of weeks I received a few offers which was a very good turnaround. The process after a tenant was found was very slick and professional, with Foxtons' online portal and Daniel's involvement making the process very quick and easy, which is ideal for me as I work full time. Good initial communication and fair quote online. Handed watch in at the repair shop at Hatton garden to a pleasant and knowledgeable woman. Communication after that was hard work. I needed to pay for the watch and get it returned to my home address. After several calls from me to the repairer I finally spoke to Jerome who took the payment and returned the watch using special delivery. Overall happy with the watch service and price but payment and return was harder work than necessary.

Tony, Nick Filippo, Dom & Team created the two most beautiful gardens for us, the design of which was a spot on reflection of our brief. We couldn't imagine a more fitting solution! What better than to have passers by compliment the front garden’s design and high quality finishes. The rear garden now completes the kitchen area perfectly extending the space out just as we intended originally but had to wait for Garden Club to suggest the right design. And the front garden is transformed into a beautiful neat & innovative functional area. It’s been a joy working with Garden Club throughout the process, even though sometimes stressful with the difficult weather conditions, their dedication, pride, professionalism & efficiency was second to none.

Our London garden was a tragic thing until Tony, Filippo, Chris and their team came to our rescue. It is a now a wonderful space, comfortable, good-looking and family friendly. People's jaws really do drop when they see it; it has changed the way we live and brought a little magic to our lives. The boys (2 and 5) play out there constantly, and we all enjoy it so much. As if this wasn't enough, the experience of working with the Garden Club team was so positive: thoroughly professional, polite, courteous, honest, talented, knowledgeable and just downright lovely. I had a cut and colour and then came back a few days later some vintage styling and makeup in preparation for my wedding. It was proper team work between the staff. The staff all helped each other. It made it a lovely environment. I loved my hair and my makeup for the wedding day. But also the colour and cut they did for me.. I have used De lady salon twice and I have really enjoyed the experience I have had. She is professional and will give you goof advice on your hair on what she believes is best for it and also how to care for it afterwards. The guy is super knowledgable and after looking at my hair for a few seconds, he could tell my exactly what was going on with it (I’ve done numerous different colours/bleaches in the past) and what my options where to reach the kind of look i wanted! this is the first time someone has actually understood my hair and been honest with me! he talked through exactly what he was doing and the products being used and this is the first time in a long time that i have had 100% trust in a hairdresser and what they are doing with me hair! Extremely happy with the service received from Duncan Cork at Horner Blakey. Almost didn't buy my flat because I discovered a single event,(tree removal), had caused some subsidence in the building in the past. It seemed virtually impossible to find insurance as a result of that. Luckily, when I was on the point of abandoning the purchase, my downstairs neighbour managed to find Horner Blakey and, with Duncan, worked out a good deal by which the two of us could insure the whole building together. Horner Blakey could easily have tried to take advantage of the fact that we have limited options for insuring the house, due to its history. But we have had only very reasonable quotes from them and no sign of them wanting to take advantage of our limited options in the subsequent years. In addition we have always received the most charming and helpful service from Duncan. I'm so happy that this help made it possible for me to buy the home I had put so much effort into finding. The fact that we were able to make the insurance work for us also made a very good start to my relationship with my downstairs neighbour. I feel very grateful to Duncan and warmly and positively to Horner Blakey, as a result, and do wonder how they are able to make the business of insuring a home seem so possible and reasonable when so many other companies I approached had made it seem quite nightmare-ish and impossible.

Staff are so incredibly helpful, especially one particular black gentleman who has been working at the library for about 13 years. The man has been so polite from his first day till today when i saw him again. Always greeting people as they come or leave through the doors.

It's like sitting in a coffeehouse, people can talk there and no one feel uncomfortable. I think this what they like, and it's not nope everyday, means it's only for the local people. I like this type of library as feel like home, no one need to be a gentleman.

A wonderful space and a great selection of books, particularly for children. We often visit with our young children. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, helping with placing reservations on books as well as booking computers. Quiet and spacious. I have used the computers with my library card and there is always one available even at busy times, and computers are well maintained and connection is ok for browsing the internet and emails. Great views of the pond so one can sit on the sofa with a book and relax. The second floor is always always full and there are often people leaving their jackets on a chair and not being there but I hardly use that space so I am not too affected by such lac of manners. Perhaps there ought to be a better monitoring service of that space.

The building is located in a nice area. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Direct Painters were fantastic throughout the course of painting our pub and our flat above the pub. They have done a lovely job prepping and painting throughout our bar and restaurant areas and retiling our restrooms. We also had our bar, floors, and furniture stripped back and restored which now looks as good as new. The flat above the pub has been completely refurbished which looks absolutely amazing. They are a great team to work with, so if you're in need of a painting company, you need to contact these guys.

We have used Direct Painters many times before for our end of tenancy painting and they do such a great job on our properties to get them ready for new tenants. Great standard of work carried out as always.

Just wanted to add my recommendation. Paul has decorated two flats for me now and I've been very happy with the work and the way Paul has gone about it on each occasion. Highly recommended.

We asked Paul to smooth out and paint the walls of one of our studio staircases, as well as the bannisters and fill and touch up the ceilings after we had new lighting fitted. He was very willing to visit our studio and evaluate the work on two occasions and very quick to amend his quote and get a date in the diary. He was incredibly professional, thorough and conscientious and did an excellent job of the work needed! Very friendly and reliable and cleared up after himself too. We would highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with the product photography service. I presented possibly the most difficult product to capture due to its reflective nature. Pav was incredibly accommodating and tried several different approaches, so that I now have plenty of shots to work with in my product literature. Pav is amazing! My husband and I really wanted some beautiful photos of our home for a variety of reasons, as a personal keepsake/momento, to share with friends and family abroad and to use as promo material for airbnb and short lettings. Pav was kind, calm and professional. He was punctual, is a great communicator in person and in written/ telephone correspondence. He took time to advise me in advance of the shoot of how to best prepare the house and each individual room to maximise it's appeal to potential lessee's, once he arrived at my home he went through each room and appropiately lit and rearranged furniture AND soft furnishings to maximise the impact and wow factor of the photos. He stayed until the job was thoroughly done, he didn't charge me any extra for the additional time he ended up spending with me, including the setting up and taking of some beautiful external shots of the area my home resides in. Within 24hours of the shoot he sent over a couple dozen of low resolution images for my husband and I to review and to select from, they were all great. We made our selection and again, within 24 hours he sent over very high quality, edited versions of these images. We were very impressed by the high standard of service Pav provided. We had received quotes from about half a dozen photographers and Pav was hands down the most reasonable. We are not a commercial business, just a young couple who wanted nice photos of their home, the rates some of Pav's competitors were asking for were eye-watering. Peter found our problem quickly and solved it as quickly as possible with a positive attitude. He and the Pimlico office were up front about pricing and time estimates. Job was done faster and better than expected, and the results were very professional. Peter was very trustworthy and pleasant to be around. Response time and communication was great. I would call them again in a heartbeat if I ever have another plumbing issue.

I was in a proper sweat after the managing agent of the London flat I own called early one morning to say there had been a leak. And what's more, water had made it's way through to the flat below and had caused damage to a neighbour's property. I had to get to work and was in a bit of a flap. What should I do? There was no way that I was going to call the last plumber - he'd charged me a fortune and clearly bodged the job after a previous leak. I'd seen the Pimlico Plumbers vans around the city and had been told they were a premium company who could be relied on. But with that 'premium' service you could expect to pay an, err, 'premium' price. To be honest, this was not a time to scrimp given that my tenants were in dire need of a sink in working order. And I could hardly run the risk of the leak causing further damage to my neighbour's flat. So I enlisted Pimlico Plumbers who were able to attend the next day and carry out the work there and then. Of course, that meant me agreeing to an estimate that made the eyes water but the work was carried out as agreed with the minimum of fuss before my tenants came home from their day at work. I now have every confidence this problem will not re-occur. The plumber who attended also identified a problem with my boiler which has led to another job undertaken by Pimlico Plumbers and while both have cost me a small fortune, my fraying nerves have been calmed by the knowledge that the firm can be relied upon to carry out their work to a high standard. I rarely write reviews, but I am a bit disappointed in this company. I was stood up twice by this company, after having taken off the afternoon from work to be home for my 2-4 appointment. When I called the office the line has been disengaged, both of these times. However, when the plumber finally did show up, he was very professional.

I never leave reviews, but I felt I had too. I had my portfolio and my fashion lookbook printed on the morning of my final year submission for university. I left it last minute (my fault), but I wasn’t stressed as they were well professional. It wasn’t their first stressed university student knocking on there window at 9:00 after working an all nighter. They printed and cut both exactly how I wanted and it looked amazing! Plus the lads in the shop were all very genuine and perlite. Top guys! Cheers, 10/10 service :)

Crispins handled our recent office move and I really can't fault them. I like the fact that they sent someone to do a proper assessment of what we needed rather than us estimating the number of crates we would need (which we would have got wildly wrong). On the day the men who arrived promptly were very efficient and loaded the van and delivered to our new address and unloaded exactly as we had asked them to do. They did not pack our belongings but the crates were delivered to us a week in advance and collected some days after the move. Everything went as planned and we would definitely use them again.

I've been advised three times by Mr Purcell who each time has been great. Very responsive and easy to understand and overall very nice to deal with.

I've found black cab drivers the only ones who know their way around all the different London suburbs I've lived in (including Golders Green, Bayswater,Tooting, Ladbroke Grove and Stratford). The drivers can find alternative routes when roads are closed or there are accidents. They've got a heap of space when you need to carry large items like plants from Columbia Rd flower market. I like seeing the driver's details and how far away they are on the app. Most of all I feel safe that I have a skilled driver. I've been in a black cab when the cab drivers have had to avoid pedestrians on the phone wandering onto the road, drunks have tried to stop them driving, and seen them have to slow down to avoid other bad drivers cutting across 2 lanes or stopping in the middle of the street to collect passengers.

We used their car twice recently to and from airport. Very prompt and thoughtful service. The driver is a very nice gentleman with black BMW. He even came early than we expected to avoid the traffic jam. Great experience!!

Let me paint the scene. A truck had crashed into a factory, sending gas canisters flying across both the M1 and the St Pancras train route. It was 4 in the morning and the group was dejected to say the least. 1 phone call later, a 7 seater taxi, a automobile of pure opulence had arrived. Good service at a good price.

From the moment I contacted Samsung in there chat help the great service began. In store I was attended to by a member of staff in moments, a very short wait then Brian was helping me book my S8 in for repair, a very friendly man with a great personality. I collected my device the next day, which was my choice, and again greeted quickly and then served by Sahel, sorry for spelling of name, again this man very professional and polite. My whole time spent in store from repair to collection probably less than half hour over the two days. Phone back to its brand new state, lots of things replaced as standard in addition to replacement screen and microphone repair. £219. This store should be Head Quarters rather than the Oxford street branch. My S8 which was purchased outright in October 17 had been heating up for quite sometime when left alone to charge. I went to the Oxford street branch only to be fobbed off by a girl who practically could not be asked to be there or attempt to book the phone in to investigate the issue. She basically said the computer states it’s due to apps in the background running hence why it heats up. I informed her the apps are closed when charging, she said there is nothing she can do as she has to go by what the computer says. I left disappointed as I knew this issue was unresolved. 5 months down the line, I decided to go to the Samsung store in Surrey Quays. The manager kindly informed me the waiting time would be an hour and a half, however I could go and come back as the e-ticketing system would update my position in the queue. A guy called Robbie was very attentive, patient and took the time to investigate and book the phone in for repair. He confirmed the charger was faulty, it was charging slow with the battery, there was screen burn and that the apps running in the background was making the phone heat up when charging. All in in all, my phone had been investigated, fixed and I felt relieved. This store was really busy, however the service which they gave me and others that came in by far beats the Oxford street branch. Thanks Robbie,

Friendly staff, good service. Quite pricey but I don’t know if the same services would be cheaper elsewhere as I’ve only used Goddard in London.

Spectrum are amazing! We must be one of their smallest customers - 5 flats in an old warehouse building. They communicate every month to let me know when they will be here - they arrive on time and do not leave until everything is sparkling. They hand finish all of the windows that they can - (on lower levels) and spend extra time to clean frames etc if needed. They are always more than pleasant and I will use them even if I move!
