I went into this gallery expecting a normal silver shop. I was shocked at the extraordinary large display of the finest selection of antique silver. There is more Paul Storr and other great makers than I have seen anywhere else museums included. This was just the beginning...everything a true connoisseur could want including beautiful gold boxes. I will never miss it on a London visit

I needed a cheap set of headphones for a train journey having left mine at home, while I was chatting to the manager and Ricky (who was serving me) I mentioned I had an issue with a bit of kit at home...they solved the problem with a lead (not charged for) and advice...unbelievable in this day and age. As with all Richer Sounds the staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. The issue is that this in an incredibly small shop compared to others outside London. It has very limited stock out on display. Surprising for their central London shop.

Just brought my rare ranger rover hse 2.7 diesel from this dealer no pressure from the guy who threw me the keys and said check it out for your self had a good look round then he came over asked a few questions , he made us very welcome , no pressure the guy had been. In. The trade 30 years ,so deposited a small amount , returned on the Saturday and a test drive then a few more checks , had done a hpi check first all clean. ... still no pressure to buying so had a few moments to discuss with the wife paid all tax done there and then found a bargain recommend this dealer comes with warranty 3 months engine and gear box , done the deal happy days

We had an excellent experience at Alan Day City. We first visited the showroom on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had picked up our brand new car. Eros Murrizi the sales representative was extremely helpful and made lots of time for us. We had several questions and very specific needs, Eros was able to answer all of those. We would have no hesitation recommending Alan Day city and more specifically Eros to anybody looking to buy a new or used car.

Everything was fine except for a few areas that can be improved up on... 1. Calls to let clients know of time it will take instead of client chasing for updates. 2. Service & MOT should not take more then 3 hours. 3. Cost need to be looked at as prices for Service & MOT should be more affordable so customers do not leave dealerships.

Good place to refuel, but be warned, it's just inside the London congestion charge zone! So if you're not intending on paying the congestion charge for that day, don't go to this petrol filling station.

Good but space is very limited you can get stuck and you would need to wait for other drivers to move before you can leave even tho you have filled up prices ain’t the cheapest but look at the location. + it’s in a very convenient location. Hence 3 stars

A great place to get fuel for your car there is a cash machine where you can withdraw money and you can get cigarette alcohol chocolates phone chargers and a lot more accessories even bread bleaching products give it a visit and try you can even charge your key there is a PayPoint gas or electric

Another very useful Texaco station, close to the Thames, close enough to Elephant and Castle, but there's another on Albert embankment between Albert bridge and Vauxhall bridge ( South side), if the little Texaco is busy in (Kennington road, be careful of the new 20 Mph, zone) - it could catch some people out, ? ! , ,

Decent petrol station. The lanes are wide and there’s plenty of space to park. Only downside is it’s not at a light, so turning in from the east can be challenging. There’s also a Co-Op and McDonalds in the parking lot.

I brought my BMW R1150R here for fixing the starter and oil glass sight. I am really satisfied with the work they have done with my bike. However, the total cost is significantly high. The cost of the new starter and oil glass sight are about 100 pounds but the labour rate is 80 pounds/hour. With 2 hours of work and 20% VAT added to the bill, I had to pay about 340 pounds the price that I haven't imagined before.

Rented a bike at the last minute and all went smoothly. No complaints. Only suggestion would be to offer an enhanced insurance option with a lower excess. £2500 is very high.

I rented a Triumph Bonneville for a weekend ride to The British GP at Silverstone! The bike provided by Shab and the Raceways team was terrific and a great ride. Was able to hire all the safety gear at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them to any rider looking for a bike in London.

It's a very interesting place, they sell and modify motorbikes, they sell motorbike clothing, shoes, accessories (all on the upper end of the price range) Nothing is cheap, but also all unique and different items. Apart from this, they have a barber shop inside, a restaurant and a bar, the place is varied and large, I may have missed something. It's quite friendly and has a good vibe, you can park your bike in there safely with no issues what so ever ... food isn't expensive, and decent, they have vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. They have sofas and a homely atmosphere for people who want to have a drink away from the restaurant, tables inside and outside. Great place!

Loved this place. It is always important to me that staff are nice and efficient, I was not disappointed. Staff were fab. Food was amazing not to mention cocktails yummy. And of course it's amazing to walk around. Fab motorbikes, even a cool barbers. Had a great time here. Highly recommend it 👍👍

The place to go for books and vinyl at good prices and all for charity.

All bookshops are fantastic, this one benefits from being close to work and less expensive than high Street. Plus money goes to a good cause.

Though the shop as a whole isn’t great, maybe a little over priced, the back is where you can find some interesting stuff. They have a rack specifically for more expensive labels where I bought a Vivienne Westwood shirt which usually even second hand are very expensive. Also bought a great big 2001: a space odessey poster in a frame which was really cool.

Been there on a several occasion - very friendly and helpful staff, very good prices for supplements like vitamins, magnesium and so on (around £1 for 30 capsules)

Gertrude (customer service assistant) and Justice (security guard) were incredibly helpful today when I lost my phone at the store and panicked. Thankfully, after a bit of time, the phone was found. Gertrude also managed to sort out an issue with my shopping, and spent quite a bit of time trying to get it right, although the machine/system was giving trouble, and then she managed to locate the manager and had it sorted out. The security guard, Justice was very helpful too. I am impressed with how great they were, and I was totally relieved when they managed to find my phone. I rarely shop at Boots, or any other chemists for that matter.. or department stores. But on those rare occasions I need to go to the chemist, I go to this store as it has a wide selection of products. I can't ever remember not being able to find what I want. I like the fact that the men's range is always growing. Plus the staff at the beauty and fragrance counters are also very helpful. This place is also an emergency stop over for me, whenever I need to buy a gift at short notice. I would definitely recommend this place for those who're looking to buy skincare, haircare, medicine etc - anything they sell here, on the go really. The queues often move fast and on those rare occasions I've been here, there's always enough staff and they're all eager to help.

Folk have a few stores, but I believe this was their first store. It's nicely designed and Folk stock some great-quality clothes, most of which they design and make themselves. If you're looking for clothing you can't find on the high street, stop by Folk to see their clothing.

Yet I struggle to imagine that Kryptonite is nearly half as design savvy or nearly as affordable as this and the clothes offered at this well appointed men's only store. It's terrible having to battle the yummy mummy's in Sloane Square for a spot of the associates' attention. This store is by far my favorite - even more than the Jcrew Men's Liquour Store in Manhattan or the North Michigan Avenue store in Chicago. There was an interesting range for her to look through and once we asked for help, the two staff on duty were super helpful and friendly in trying to find the perfect dress- which they did! Very epensive and with a Portuguese aesthetic (at least the collection I saw).

It is not ideal to have this Whistles within walking distance, it allllways pulls me in. This branch is perfectly situated between lots of other lovely shops and it has a good representation of the entire range. It is a lovely clean airy space and not too chocabloc, you could even push a buggy around. Affordable, lovely quality with sales associates that actually seem happy to help. Classic items as well as little party numbers. The own brand shoes and jewellery are also great quality.

I am very satisfied with the service Sphere IT provides and would highly recommend using them to anyone. The customer service has always been excellent and professional.

Professional certified Apple service, faster and more responsive than the average Apple store. My problem was covered by an Apple callback program so everything was free of charge. They have a repair tracking system which allows you to see real time updates and to communicate directly with the engineer working on your device throughout the process. They were available for a next day appointment (done through Apple support) and there is a good coffee shop cross the street if you need to wait around.

These have been my go-to people for computer support since way back when and I've always found them pleasant, efficient and (so far as I can judge in the absence of direct comparison) reasonably priced. Sorry to hear that others have had very different experiences ...

I've been painting with acrylics and I had a number of questions about different colours and types. The staff are super helpful and well informed. Also there's a large range of products at various price points. I was able to find the colours I needed.

Really really good and freindly staff. I am a theatre director/ choreographer and am trying my hand at basic design. Had the best time and help in the shop, as to to tell the truth I was abit clueless 😂 but the stuff were great and so helpful. I know alot of theatre designers I work with and recommend it. I have been cycling in London for many years and have mainly used independent bike shops for fixes, parts, etc. I have often found "chain" stores to have poor customer service and staff that know little about bikes. This is NOT the case with this store. The service is fantastic and their knowledge of bikes is of a high standard. I test rode one of their bikes, which I ended up buying. They were so incredibly helpful when it came to deciding which bike I wanted and despite it being their store they didn't pressure me into buying it. I test rode many bikes in various stores but the service here really made me seal the purchase. They went over and beyond to accommodate me. They even let me borrow a helmet to cycle home in. The manager, Ben, really knows his stuff and makes you feel like a valued customer. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. It's refreshing to find a chain store with staff as good as this.

I don't normally leave reviews - in fact this may be my first ever - but I was so impressed by the quality and service provided by Phil that I felt obliged to write this! I came in with a few problems with my bike, and Phil went completely out of his way to assist me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling and training, but he was also a really nice bloke. I cannot recommend this place - and Phil - enough!

Has everything you could need but at a hefty price.

You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.

I couldn't get the online checkout working so I called up and talked to a lady with a lovely phone manner. My fridge was delivered two days later at the time promised. The delivery team was also very personable. Much better than dealing with Argos! Would recommend and would deal with again.

I realised that I was to late to purchase a replacement bulb, but just asked him if they sold more of the bulb I had in my hand. Not only did he say they did, but he opened up the shop, found what I was looking for, allowed me to purchase it and then closed the shop after I left. Now that is service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. 5 Stars - Outstanding service.

Great service and variety of products!

Two weeks ago, we received our wedding flowers from Hattie. Aside from the usual bouquets, we had a mantel arrangement and decoration in the rafters of our yurt. The arrangements were absolutely stunning - our guests were raving about them afterwards. I was quite particular about the colours and style I liked and Hattie completely delivered - they were exactly what we had wanted. Delivery and prep of arrangements were on time and perfect. I would definitely use this florist again and will be recommending to friends and family.

5 * experience! That flower shop provided the flowers for our wedding on 26th August 2017 and I cannot recommend them enough. After describing what I wanted they came up with ideas. I felt completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. We had so many comments about how amazing the flowers were from my bouquet to the venue. Wedding prep can be stressful but Hattie and her team made the experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much for making our wedding day beautiful. Natalie :-)

I'm a regular here for lunch and am pretty much addicted to their Chicken Ciabatta while the Gnocchi is also amazing. The coffee is also fantastic and the owner and staff are very personable and clearly love what they do. Can't recommend highly enough!!

Love to come here to pick up a sandwich to take away or eat at the tables outside. We usually end up browsing and picking up an interesting pastry or something from their shop for later. Great spot!

The food here is excellent, the variety and quality is also stellar. Deli style offerings, good breads, cafe with freshly made sandwiches etc. It is however very expensive with a real west London vibe, so quite a juxtaposition from the other places in the area. Not complaining though, nice to have the option even if your wallet will cry... But respect as they've just begun embracing vegan options.

I love organic food! I went there for the first time in 2018 and I had a really nice meal. I always thought it was a pretty expensive place, and its if you do grocery shop there, but if you want to have lunch, a medium size meal (that looks more large than medium) will cost you no more that 7 quids. Great value for money!

I love Planet Organic, but this one especially! It’s the mecca! Great big selection of supplements, beauty, food, prepared stuff, desserts, and a smoothie bar. Spent ages in here and lots of money. I love health food stores (that sounds weird probably) and this is one of my favs

I love this store. They offer organic, local produce, allow BYO bags, have a delicious prepared food sections and lots of vegan-friendly products as well as environmentally friendly home goods (cleaners, shampoos, etc). They are very responsive to customer feedback as well and are clearly dedicated to minimizing their environmental impact with continual improvements to their practices and products. 2018 UPDATE: They have added a bulk foods section in partnership with Unpack'd and allow you to fill your own bags / containers with dry foods, nuts, etc to avoid plastic packaging and overbuying.

Well organised grocery store with a good variety of packaged goods. I think the fresh food section needs to be improved. Definitely vegan friendly and the staff are quite knowledgeable. Just wish that it was possible for them to do home delivery.

Very good selection of organic food, best part is the selection of ecological cleaning products that you also can buy by the litre in your own container.

Staff it's really welcoming and helpful. You can find everything you need with lots of information as well! The place it's cozy and really tidy everything it's clear on display! Position it's perfect as you can Park in front on the store! Prices are unbeatable for a grow shop!

This is a fantastic one stop shop for all your indoor gardening needs. Jorge has a wealth of knowledge on various cultivation techniques so don’t ever think you’ll scare him off with asking too many questions. Lovely shop

Big thank you - really loved this place and had a great experience here yesterday - the chap working there (possibly Andy?) was lovely, making time to talk, answering all my questions and advising me about which plants could go where in my little yarden at home. This, despite him being run off feet with trying to water everything in this glorious hot weather as well as fielding questions and chatting with other browsers and shoppers. I also haven't seen prices this reasonable anywhere else in central London. Shall definitely be coming back and will be recommending to all

Had a wonderful experience here. Alan (and Andy!) are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and generous! What a fantastic thing they are bringing to the local area. I was so overwhelmed with their advice that I asked them to create a selection of plants to suit my area within my budget and they did an absolutely fantastic job. Alan was even kind enough to transport me home with my horde as I lived close by. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. I'll certainly be paying them a visit again when my patch next needs it! I wish them all the very best.

The young lady serving me at counter is very friendly and knowledgeable on many outdoor clothes products. I have been a customer for outdoor clothing for more than 35 years and worked outside for 47 years. Although the shop has a little less stock than Covent Gardens from the same supplier, she can look up at the Internet to search for the special brand of clothes I wish to order. They will be delivered promptly by the company. Very well laid out shop in very friendly environment.

I visited this shop today as i have just got a kitten. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful, patient and explained things to me as i bought them. There was also a gentleman who works there and he also offered and support. They didn't try to push me into buying things i don't need at the moment and guided me on things that are a necessity for a kitten. This was so helpful as it can be costly when you start of. And one other thing i must say is they are true animal lovers. They have a wide range of good quality products and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent service!!

Awesome place and the lady owner is super helpful. I broke one item that I bought and went back to get a replacement. The lady owner gave the similar item for free and advised me to be more careful with my stuffs cos it is ceramic bowls. Definitely will recommend people to visit this store and heading back to Singapore. A heaps of thanks and my dog will love her new feeding bowls.

We weren't sure if a local pet shop would have what we needed after being disappointed by the Pets at home in Camden but this shop had everything and more, excellent choice range and a very sweet and helpful shop owner. You must visit you won't be disappointed.

Always have a nice experience in this shop. My 7 year old Jack Russell loves the place. Normally she is scared of going into shops but everyone is so friendly and she loves the smells. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any questions that you have. Fully recommended if you are after a big range of food/toys etc for your pet.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Professional, helpful staff throughout. Big thank you to the grooming team! They did a great job on our two large Slovakian Cuvac girls, who are now shedding their puppy coats half as much.

A great store with a huge selection of items. They lost a second store to an insane 50-storey block of flats and I was worried we would not see the great variety that they had across two stores but they somehow managed to maintain a great stock. We have bought anything from bikes to snorkels there over the years and the quality and warranties are great. On the odd occasion something developed a fault we had it replaced under warranty and they keep digital receipts so it has been straightforward. It can get very busy there during weekends and that is when it is tricky to have the help from staff but overall staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Love Decathlon. Huge selection, good quality and good prices. The staff here are really friendly and the bike assembly and repair services are good and cheaper than other bike specialist shops

Nice shop on two floors, located next to few shops more with many sales and offers. Never seen extremely packed, so should be fine getting there anytime. The only thing I didn't quite like was the staff: part of them seemed not caring about the line of customers waiting for them helping and I found things bit slow, expecially because I needed to try shoes. I hope it will improve.

A very good and well organised JD store! Products are well stocked and there is a good range of clothes and shoes! However, Customer Service needs improvement as the Staff are so moody and look like they don't care about their job

I have been to this Ryman a few times to buy miscellaneous stationary items. The staff is very helpful. They give you the best available advice. On one occasion they suggested a cheaper alternative to the product that I want to buy, on another instance, they recommended another shop that would have the item that I was looking for.

Excellent Ryman store which is well stocked. The Customer Service was Okay and the staff members were quite helpful. This store deserves 5 stars as I have been thier a few times and they are always re-stocking the shelves whenever something is out of stock. I definitely recommend you go shopping here. Lovely, helpful staff. You need to pop in regularly as they always have new stuff coming in. It can be a bit hit and miss - but worth checking out. The good items sell fast - so there are some great bargains to be found.

This is a company I use regularly, I am a musician and always need to hire chairs, tables and catering equipment for my events. Having a company that I can rely on to deliver on time is a real bonus. They are located in central London which is where most of my gigs are so are in a good location to deliver all over London.

I see the offer of Bancroft Wines and they have high quality wines from Spain but from few Spanish wineries . I think that good cava and wines from other varieties could be fine for them and his clients. Brilliant selection of wines, including fortified wines, and a small but excellent round-up of interesting beers as well. Staff are helpful and happy to take time to advise, prices are fair for the area.
