90 Paul St, London EC2A 4UX, UK – 020 3637 3317
I contacted this company via email regarding some items. We were able to get the items reviewed via text and picture messaging. Thomas was very quick to respond and gave us his honest opinions and advice about our items, over a 3 day period. Each time I sent an image a response was received promptly. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Excellent honest advice and information on items I wished to sell. Thomas was exceedingly helpful and when an extra phone call was needed he responded very quickly.

London Silver Vaults, 53-64 Chancery Ln, London WC2A 1QS, UK – 020 7242 7624
I went into this gallery expecting a normal silver shop. I was shocked at the extraordinary large display of the finest selection of antique silver. There is more Paul Storr and other great makers than I have seen anywhere else museums included. This was just the beginning...everything a true connoisseur could want including beautiful gold boxes. I will never miss it on a London visit
I'd heard about the London silver vaults thought I'd pop in for a look around. Koop man was very impressive! Friendly bunch, happy to show me around.

Beauty parlour, good value for money. I have used it for threading services and recommend it. Try nail services if you want a quick manicure/pedicure and not looking for a relaxing/pampering experience
Had the best high lights wash cut and blowdry will definitely coming back..

I’ve been visiting Beauty Essence for a few years now and the service and treatments are always exceptional. I always get my treatments done by Rianna and I cannot speak highly enough of the service she provides. Highly recommended
A very thorough consultation on my skin and my skincare regime. It was great. She complimented on what I was doing so far and had good advice on what to do with my skin going forward. Top marks.
24 Arlington Way, Clerkenwell, London EC1R 1UY, UK – 020 7713 1381
I had a great experience in this salon. The owner is a lovely woman. She did a very thorough job, despite me being the last customer of the day. They also do deals on treatments packages!
Really so happy with my facial, my skin was so much clearer and more hydrated than it has been in ages.
50-51, High Holborn, London WC1V 6EP, UK – 020 7292 5100
This is a great bookshop in that it has hidden a Cafe Nero at the back, so you can drink a coffee, play with your smart phone and wonder who buys books anymore.
Great that Blackwell survived when sadly so many bookshops closed. Great shop. Helpful staff.
National Theatre, Lambeth, London SE1 9PX, UK – 020 7452 3456
A bookshop that wears its theatre nerdiness on its sleeve. Simply excellent. Go, indulge.
As a dramaturg I have DREAMED of a bookshop like this and couldn’t believe the range on offer. I walked out with a armful of books that I couldn’t find elsewhere. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of theatre ( the staff member that assisted me was answering all my questions and a lot better than I have had elsewhere). Also, the sense of humour and NERVE they have to have Lady MacBeth hand sanitiser. HEAVEN!
5 Caledonian Rd, Kings Cross, London N1 9DY, UK – 020 7837 4473
Excellent radical bookstore with specialist in London books and a good second-hand room. One star removed as £50 notes not accepted.
Such an important bookshop: good stock, nice staff who are happy to order anything you need that they don't stock, good collection of zines, lots of secondhand books, interesting talks. Really happy that they still exist after all these years.

Although I live in Bradford these guys looked after me very well. I'm quite new to driving and didn't know much, they explained things to me well and showed me how my wheels were out of balance. They even advise me about what I should do when I get home. And also gave some tips on maintaining the car. They gave me a really good price and I'm really happy. Thanks guys!
Very helpful and friendly service, by guys who didn't treat me like a stupid woman. They provided great products (3 x Continental tyres), very efficient service (15 mins to fit all three) and at really good prices! I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys.

I needed a cheap set of headphones for a train journey having left mine at home, while I was chatting to the manager and Ricky (who was serving me) I mentioned I had an issue with a bit of kit at home...they solved the problem with a lead (not charged for) and advice...unbelievable in this day and age. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Ricky as a new member of staff seems to have been a good choice and definitely will be featuring in the sort of reviews I just read before writing this. Total 5 star shop and 6 star staff! Thanks
Exemplary customer service is very hard if not non existent these days. Richer Sounds on Tooley Street London has all the qualities and most deserving of Five Stars for exemplary service! The Manager Phil along with his team one of whom is Charlie has given us such personal service that we are already clients for life. Our very best wishes to all At Richer Sounds Tooley Street London well done!

Second purchase from this company now and they've been great, so much so that I wanted to write a review. My initial purchase a few months ago was for a camera for my wife's car and everything was perfect, order placed on their site, arrived within a couple of days. Second purchase last week, for me this time now that i'd seen the benefits of my spouses camera, was from a call to them as I wanted to up the ante slightly and go for something with a bit more technology. I cant fault the guys at Accident Cameras! Such knowledge and they really did answer every question I threw at them (and there were quite a few as I'd really been doing my homework beforehand). Very happy customer 5/5 I'll be back either when our kids start driving, or if I see some footage on the camera that means I re-marry :-)
l can't praise Accident Cameras enough for their dedication and involvement in their after sales care service. Having had to return a faulty Dash Cam it took a while to get the item replaced due to technical problems through no fault of their own and was impressed in the way the matter was handled in such a friendly and dedicated way. Top Marks to Accident Cameras especially many thanks to staff member Andy for his help and advice. Would highly recommend Accident Cameras for their excellent products and would certainly buy from them again! Once again Many Thanks Best Regards Brian

Everything was fine except for a few areas that can be improved up on... 1. Calls to let clients know of time it will take instead of client chasing for updates. 2. Service & MOT should not take more then 3 hours. 3. Cost need to be looked at as prices for Service & MOT should be more affordable so customers do not leave dealerships.
Would appreciate better communication and a proactive approach to updates. Had my Audi A5 serviced here 6 months ago and MOT yesterday. MOT failed due to leaking shock immobilizer on one side which was ordered and replaced the following day. Service could be better but will give them another chance when my service is due. The complimentary wash and clean was poor. Service manager offered a free car wash next time I pop in but will not take up his kind offer :)
164-170 Mare St, London E8 3RD, UK – 020 8985 4341
Friendly and easy staff to deal with.Quite flexible and willing to facilitate a smooth deal with honesty and openness.
Just brought my rare ranger rover hse 2.7 diesel from this dealer no pressure from the guy who threw me the keys and said check it out for your self had a good look round then he came over asked a few questions , he made us very welcome , no pressure the guy had been. In. The trade 30 years ,so deposited a small amount , returned on the Saturday and a test drive then a few more checks , had done a hpi check first all clean. ... still no pressure to buying so had a few moments to discuss with the wife paid all tax done there and then found a bargain recommend this dealer comes with warranty 3 months engine and gear box , done the deal happy days

Great place excellent instructors.
Immediate interest in our car and sold within the week to Hugh who was a very nice dealer who came and collected from our home at the weekend. Much cheaper than advertising privately and much more interest too.

Cheapest petrol I’ve seen in a long while. What a lovely team of staff, especially the manager. He’s a top guy.
Good prices cheapest price on the market but at times I have been it’s and been closed for refilling there fuel so it’s been closed! And it’s located on and small road that’s very busy and most of the time there is a tail back on to the road causing congestion for passing traffic it’s a very busy petrol station 24 hours a day. Only other problem I have ever had was being spoken to very rudely by a staff member called Khaled he shouldn’t be working in customer service very rude actually told me to F off still giving 3 for price of fuel service 1 3 stars because other staff are nice.
212-214 Kennington Rd, Lambeth, London SE11 6PR, UK – 020 7735 2191
Another very useful Texaco station, close to the Thames, close enough to Elephant and Castle, but there's another on Albert embankment between Albert bridge and Vauxhall bridge ( South side), if the little Texaco is busy in (Kennington road, be careful of the new 20 Mph, zone) - it could catch some people out, ? ! , ,
Good customer service and excellent hot chocolate! Not too expensive for near enough the London congestion charge zone.
London SE16 2XG, UK
Good prices here
This petrol station is attached to the Surrey Quays shopping centre. So you can fill your tank and do your shopping, go to the cinema or eat at a restaurant or fast food venue. Go Bowling and much more.

Was visiting London on holiday and found this shop near my hotel so I went over to have a look. Great selection of bikes and merchandise and the fellow I talked with was very helpful and had a fantastic time talking about bikes. Ended up buying some clothes, couldn't buy a bike as it would cost a small fortune to ship it home to Canada, and next time I'm in London I will drop in again.
This place is amazing! The customer service provided for me was everything I need it to be, welcoming, polite and friendly. The motorcycle collection is great as they have a little of everything. I will most certainly be back.

The BEST place to buy a motorbike in London. Full Stop. Ive just bought a new Africa Twin and the advice and service from Sean Taylor was spot on. Thanks to Sean I have the perfect bike for my needs. All the guys were professional and courteous with no pressure applied other than to make sure that I rode out on the right bike. A comprehensive range of most major brands to select from so a real one stop shop. Will be the first of many I hope from MM. Anyone who wants to speak to me about my experience direct please get in touch. Superb.
Brilliant service. Jon from Ducati was incredible. Vast knowledge about bikes and riding. Highly recommended.
384 Old St, London EC1V 9LT, UK – 020 7729 8114
It's a very interesting place, they sell and modify motorbikes, they sell motorbike clothing, shoes, accessories (all on the upper end of the price range) Nothing is cheap, but also all unique and different items. Apart from this, they have a barber shop inside, a restaurant and a bar, the place is varied and large, I may have missed something. It's quite friendly and has a good vibe, you can park your bike in there safely with no issues what so ever ... food isn't expensive, and decent, they have vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. They have sofas and a homely atmosphere for people who want to have a drink away from the restaurant, tables inside and outside. Great place!
The Bike Shed is an impressive space dedicated to all things motorcycle (and a barbershop, weirdly), but as a restaurant unto itself, it’s lacking. The food is very average; there’s no fairer way to say it. It’s also not cheap; the vegan burger is £10.95 before adding cheese (+£1.00) or avocado (+£1.50). At that price, I expect Patty & Bun level execution and flavor, and I got neither. This is to say the food isn’t bad, it’s just overpriced. Come on a Friday or Saturday night and soak up the space over a cocktail; that’s how the Bike Shed is best experienced.
138 Upper St, Islington, London N1 1QP, UK – 020 7226 8840
Wonderful shop with an outstanding staff, all volunteers. They sell only high end items in good condition. Easy to find steals on designer clothes at great prices. Did I mention the beautiful staff? All proceeds benefit Save the Children!
Cute little second hand / thrift shop with proceeds going to a good cause. Maily women's clothes with a tiny section of children's clothes and books, a few shoes and handbags and other home goods. Lots of items from topshop.
29 Islington High St, London N1 9LH, UK – 020 7837 2394
Though the shop as a whole isn’t great, maybe a little over priced, the back is where you can find some interesting stuff. They have a rack specifically for more expensive labels where I bought a Vivienne Westwood shirt which usually even second hand are very expensive. Also bought a great big 2001: a space odessey poster in a frame which was really cool.
Great charity shop and great services
70 Mare St, London E8 4RT, UK – 020 8985 4410

Great pharmacy. Great staff. We have our medicine delivered by them and receive a great service.
It can get very busy at times, and it can be tough on the staff. Everyone works hard and everything gets done. Some even work over time to ensure the satisfaction of customers.

Caring and understanding chemist. Knows the customers and needs with all staff knowledgeable. More than just a chemist they are a local shop at centre of community. If only the surronding toffs shops cared for the locals rather than the hoorah henrys. If you need advice or help this is the best place.
So much better than awful Boots. Service is always prompt, polite & helpful.

I bought a dress for my niece from house of fraser online and she loved it! Highly recommended A++
1 Lindsey St, London EC1A 9HP, UK
Just a note: This brand does only sell clothes in their online store, it's not an actual shop at this location. I had a long walk looking for the store, but could not find it! The walk was pleasant, so never mind. :)
Literally love these clothes! I cannot stop buying them for my son and all my friends kids. Service is great too. It's definitely my favorite kids brand.

58 Redchurch St, London E2 7DP, UK – 020 7613 7100
Lovely staff. Just wishing for a women's Jcrew as well.
Jcrew. Jcrew. Superman has kryptonite, I have Jcrew. Yet I struggle to imagine that Kryptonite is nearly half as design savvy or nearly as affordable as this and the clothes offered at this well appointed men's only store. It's terrible having to battle the yummy mummy's in Sloane Square for a spot of the associates' attention. This store is by far my favorite - even more than the Jcrew Men's Liquour Store in Manhattan or the North Michigan Avenue store in Chicago. I get the distict impression that the fine folks at the Club Monaco next door are not terribly pleased at the competition from their new next door neighbor. ** Hey Jenna & Mickey, I must know the NYC artisans who make those acrylic sculptures! Faithfully, Grant **

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff will show you around a well stocked and varied selection of pieces from a bunch of the usual (and some unusual) high quality clothing brands. Absolutely worth a visit. The web site is excellent although sometimes a bit short on the details of some stocked pieces. Highly recommended.
Massive variety and selection on all of the latest releases, also the prices where all reasonable. The staff were also very helpful and friendly

My girlfriend and I were looking to find a dress for her to wear at a wedding. Looked in a few shops along the high street before popping into Colibri. There was an interesting range for her to look through and once we asked for help, the two staff on duty were super helpful and friendly in trying to find the perfect dress- which they did! Thanks very much, and I'm sure my girlfriend will be back for more....
Cute quality clothing

Although I was unsuccessful as a candidate for a job position with them, I'm highly recommending it for job seekers especially fresh graduates in IT. I have been invited in an assessment day, their office is very classy straight in front of The Thames, very good work atmosphere, kind staff members. In the assessment they welcomed very warmly, I felt very comfortable with their company. We went trough a simple presentation of the company, its mission and the position they were recruiting for. In addition they provide you with refreshments and food before and during lunch time. Also, provide you with accurate information you need for the group exercise and take their time to explain you what you need to show. Therefore I gave them a five stars review cause they really deserve it.
Good setup for those entering the job market. Professional outfit who have good ethics. Very good ex-forces programme.

I have dealt with this business for over 20 years and and rate them as one of the top 5 workforce management specialists in the UK. Their staff are able to offer a wealth of experience when advising clients on the type of system to purchase. Whether your budget is £1,500 or £15,000, Wisegrove can provide a tailor made solution. 5/5 !

I have been dealing with Modern Computers for over 10 years for all my IT requirements and I find them to be totally professional and very courteous. They have very experienced staff who know exactly what they are doing. Every time I've taken a computer in for repair they'll diagnose the problem and call me back with the quote and most of the time fix the problem on the same day. Excellent service!

Professional certified Apple service, faster and more responsive than the average Apple store. My problem was covered by an Apple callback program so everything was free of charge. They have a repair tracking system which allows you to see real time updates and to communicate directly with the engineer working on your device throughout the process. They were available for a next day appointment (done through Apple support) and there is a good coffee shop cross the street if you need to wait around.
I was really impressed with MR Systems. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and kept me informed during the repair. It was done efficiently and my phone was ready to collect in less than a day. Top marks!

I have had the pleasure to both work with, and for NSIS, and over the years the team has gone from strength to strength. The team is young and enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve their service and skills. The NSIS team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend NSIS for any IT support.
I work with NSIS from time to time and some of my clients have taken up their IT services. I can say without doubt that NSIS are professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly always reliable. If anyone ever needs IT help, NSIS are the guys I recommend and I'm always confident they will give their customers a brilliant service.

I was just in there yesterday and there are lots of options available. The staff is very nice. One of them helped me with directions to a shop I was looking for, and held my bag of purchases until I came back through!
Fabulous shop! Lovely and clean, well organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The prices were the best I had come across too. Definitely worth a visit

Friendly staff and a great range of curated art gifts.
66-67 Colebrooke Row, London N1 8AB, UK – 020 7354 2999
Visited with my son who is studying Art & Design. (I have a qualification at City & Guilds.) We found what we were looking for and a few useful surprises. Much easier with such friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed a long browse. My son was giving a discount. Only problem, Cass Art aren't close enough to our home to pop in when we are desparate for materials or ideas. Plus, I would have loved to do some of the workshops. We are in the county town of Essex - now a City - with a national supplier on a retail park and attracting some very well known names into the High Street but nothing that focuses on art in this way. It would be great to see Cass Art there. (Two previous concerns were family businesses that disappeared as they retired.) We have many schools and four Further Education establishments (college / 2 Uni's and an Adult Education Centre) , so I'm sure they would be received with open arms. I can dream.
Wonderful range of art products for all mediums, beginner to advanced. All staff are very friendly and will always try to help. Have a good stock of art and craft sets for children. Prices are, as often in any art shop, not the cheapest but you can often rely on the great sales that Cass Art have for many of their products.
7 Broadway Market, Dalston, London E8 4PH, UK – 020 7275 8043
Fabrications taught myself and my daughter to crochet in the same class without us falling out, arguing or competing with each other - therefore they fully deserve the five stars. Apart from great classes with excellent teachers and a fun atmosphere they also offer a fortnightly crafting club, good selection of wools, great packs to make something crafty with and well sourced items made from recycled items. All round a treasure trove of wonderful ideas with helpful and accommodating staff. If you want any advice, learn a new crafting skill or just need some inspiration you would be hard pushed to find anywhere better; locally or otherwise.
Good for all things fabric-related including training & community events.
112 Shoreditch High St, London E1 6JN, UK – 020 7033 3685
I've been painting with acrylics and I had a number of questions about different colours and types. The staff are super helpful and well informed. Also there's a large range of products at various price points. I was able to find the colours I needed.
For an Art shop, it's pretty lacking. A lot of the basics aren't covered there. There is a much better one up the street on Kingsland Rd.
6 Tooley St, London SE1 2SY, UK – 020 7403 4610
I recently called the store to reserve a cardboard box for my bike, they kindly accepted my request. Upon visiting the store, they brought me the box real quick. The girl who helped me was super helpful and lovely. Thank you and sorry for it took me sometime to leave a review for your great service.
This is all about a puncture at 7am; you try and fix it, doesn’t work and as time flies you know you have to bring it to the shop. This morning Roy did it for me quickly and effortlessly. While having a nice chat he also fixed my gear shift, I got so relaxed that I almost forgot about my first appointment. It was a bad start for the day, but it finally Turned for the better in an unexpected place. Thanks
3 Procter St, London WC1V 6DW, UK – 020 7269 7070
I don't normally leave reviews - in fact this may be my first ever - but I was so impressed by the quality and service provided by Phil that I felt obliged to write this! I came in with a few problems with my bike, and Phil went completely out of his way to assist me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cycling and training, but he was also a really nice bloke. I cannot recommend this place - and Phil - enough!
John helped me and he provided the best customer service I have had in ages. He patiently helped me with my bike lock, re-fitting it and making sure it was ok for me adjusting it several times so I had it just how I wanted it. He was also in a really good happy mood and just so nice to all the customers I saw him interact with. thanks again!
The Vaults, Montague Cl, London SE1 9DA, UK – 020 7378 6669
The difference between good service and great service is the response to remedying a problem with a purchase. Top marks fixing the issue I had with a new bike I bought from them quickly, efficiently and without fuss.
Excellent bike rental. Efficient service and the bike was well set up - it ran very smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.

You have the best staff, hands down. How they keep their whole team that customer focused is a mystery. They are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Their selection is limited when compared to the big box stores, as you might imagine, but they have a good selection of high end accessories and low end necessities that perfect for an upscale neighborhood hardware store. As a part of the Ace Hardware network, they can also order just about anything you want if you have a little time.
For somewhere right in the middle of London the choice here is amazing. Little you can't find if you need it.

Excellent staff with a great attitude and lots of tools and plant to hire out. Only issue is the it's in Tower Hill not Tower Bridge!
Ash Grove, 59 - 61 Mare St, London E8 4RG, UK – 020 8533 3428
Parking available. Staff are helpful and friendly. They don’t quibble if you return tools a few hours late and the prices are cheap. What more could you ask for from a tool hire shop?
Ordered my tool over the phone ... very helpful 100% ✅👍

I couldn't get the online checkout working so I called up and talked to a lady with a lovely phone manner. My fridge was delivered two days later at the time promised. The delivery team was also very personable. Much better than dealing with Argos! Would recommend and would deal with again.
Lynne's has probably installed my entire kitchen, from cookers to dryers to chest freezers! I come back to Lynne's again & again for the fast reliable service, excellent customer care & great quality appliances.

I got to the store at 5 past closing time (due to the extremely slow busses around Aldgate) and managed to catch the guy just locking up. I realised that I was to late to purchase a replacement bulb, but just asked him if they sold more of the bulb I had in my hand. Not only did he say they did, but he opened up the shop, found what I was looking for, allowed me to purchase it and then closed the shop after I left. Now that is service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in future. 5 Stars - Outstanding service.
Great service and variety of products!
34 Chapel Market, London N1 9EN, UK – 020 7278 4145
Very helpful guys in this shop. Gave me the advice i needed on leads and lighting. Cheaper too when i compared with other local places!! Will definitely be back when needed!
Congratulations and thank you to everyone at Rayshack for offering polite, reliable and dedicated customer service. I can highly recommend this shop. I was faced with an electrical query for a photographic studio light that they solved, over and above the call of duty.
Upper St, London N1 2TX, UK – 020 7354 5120
Nice flowers but quite expensive. A bouquet of a kind of Camille for £10. Staff was nice and helpful, certainly know their stuff and present flowers well. Could probably get the flowers cheaper at the Columbia Road Flower Market.
We were so pleased with our wedding flowers from Dansk Flowers. The bouquet was stunning, I wanted a handpicked look and Trina put the most beautiful colourful bouquet together, with some really unusual flowers (and some are still going strong two weeks later!). I even took it on honeymoon to enjoy it for longer. Our table flowers were simple but so lovely and received many compliments. We had an initial chat with Trina about our ideas and then we were invited in a few weeks before our wedding to look at a mock up of the flowers and discuss any changes we wanted. The staff can be a little curt at times but never rude and overall we were pleased with the customer service and I just loved the flowers they provided (and at reasonable wedding prices). I would highly recommend Dansk for wedding flowers.

WOW! I wanted to send my partner some flowers today so googled florist in the SE1 area and read the very good reviews for Phlox Florist so decided to use them, I spoke to Lucy who arranged the delivery and was very helpful. My partner called me after receiving the flowers to say they are the best bunch of flowers she has ever received!!! So thank you so much for your fantastic customer service and flowers! Would definitely recommend Phlox Flowers. I will be using you next time I need to send flowers, thank you Lucy :-)
Stunning flowers, that last for ages, & lovely people too. I return here again and again. Great service. Best florist around. Can't recommend more!
229 Cambridge Heath Rd, London E2 0EL, UK – 020 7251 5505
Nice collection of flowers. At the Time of decoration some of them will look great.
very professional staff and one of the best in the game. Definitely something everyone should have a look at for themselves.
98 Southgate Rd, London N1 3JD, UK – 020 7249 4321
The food here is excellent, the variety and quality is also stellar. Deli style offerings, good breads, cafe with freshly made sandwiches etc. It is however very expensive with a real west London vibe, so quite a juxtaposition from the other places in the area. Not complaining though, nice to have the option even if your wallet will cry... But respect as they've just begun embracing vegan options.
Lovely little deli that reminds me of many in Melbourne. Great selection of deli items cold meats, cheese, olives, bread etc. Nice range of hot drinks with various milk options. The toasted croissants were delicious we had the ham and cheese, and cheese and tomato nicely toasted and very buttery.
48 Cross St, London N1 2BA, UK – 020 7226 1951
Be warned- you will get carried away buying tons of tasty things to take home, Mortadella is our favourite! Terrific deli I'd highly recommend! Perfect coffee too. Haven't eaten in yet-but I'm sure it's great.
I'm a regular here for lunch and am pretty much addicted to their Chicken Ciabatta while the Gnocchi is also amazing. The coffee is also fantastic and the owner and staff are very personable and clearly love what they do. Can't recommend highly enough!!
138 Clerkenwell Rd, London EC1R 5DL, UK – 020 7837 1712
Awesome little cafe and comestables shop , and will serve you far more than just a coffee. Their pizzas are great, the coffee is good and they're always nice and welcoming.
It looks like this place has two entries on Google, I've written an elaborate review for the other entry. :) This place is really fantastic and I've been here many, many times. It's my favourite Italian shop in London!
10 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4AE, UK – 020 7220 9060
I love Planet Organic, but this one especially! It’s the mecca! Great big selection of supplements, beauty, food, prepared stuff, desserts, and a smoothie bar. Spent ages in here and lots of money. I love health food stores (that sounds weird probably) and this is one of my favs
I love this shop. It is a haven in the city, an oasis of calm that has a courtyard with flowing water, a lovely spot for a quick lunch (the courtyard has poor acoustics though and can be echoey). The food is amazing, great variety of hot and cold options, wholesome real food, some crazy expensive but also some reasonably priced if you shop sensibly. Great stop to stock up on good food and vitamins if you work in the city and want to look after yourself with real food and products.
64 Essex Rd, London N1 8LR, UK – 020 7288 9460
I love this store. They offer organic, local produce, allow BYO bags, have a delicious prepared food sections and lots of vegan-friendly products as well as environmentally friendly home goods (cleaners, shampoos, etc). They are very responsive to customer feedback as well and are clearly dedicated to minimizing their environmental impact with continual improvements to their practices and products. 2018 UPDATE: They have added a bulk foods section in partnership with Unpack'd and allow you to fill your own bags / containers with dry foods, nuts, etc to avoid plastic packaging and overbuying.
Love the selection and student discount too.
171-173 Walworth Rd, London SE17 1RW, UK – 020 7703 5550
This is a double fronted shop. One side is a traditional old world apothecary the other a modern health food shop. On both sides the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and unfailingly kind. Always check if they have whatever you want in their own brand first as they are scrupulous about their sourcing. Although they also have an online shop (which I also use sometimes) I generally prefer to go there in person to shop so I can browse and see what new wonderful things I can discover. A great place to find health and beauty products made by smaller, independent manufacturers.
Their online shop is excellent, everything is always shipped fast and packaged well. Their customer service is great too. Have used them quite a number of times to buy various herbs and will continue to do so. :)

Great watch! Fantastic service (E-abena).. I LOVE IT! Still playing with it now! More importantly my wife loves it... Excellent advise for the money I had, you took your time with me (even when I said I may buy online)... I might that ring next time... 😀

Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, Redriff Rd, London SE16 7LL, UK – 020 7231 3093
The first time I bought a gift here it was special and so ever more with the assistance from the lady at the time. The Customer respect first approach demonstrated will always have me checking in “1st” on my next purchase
Aziz, the manager is very nice. He took the time to help me with my purchase even though I popped up at the shop for 6.55pm just before they close. Will definitely purchase again :)
44 East St, London SE17 2DN, UK – 020 7708 0032
Brilliant pet shop, the couple that own it are very pleasant and really make every effort to care for they're customers. Highly recommend this shop.
I visited this shop today as i have just got a kitten. I was served by a lovely lady who was so helpful, patient and explained things to me as i bought them. There was also a gentleman who works there and he also offered and support. They didn't try to push me into buying things i don't need at the moment and guided me on things that are a necessity for a kitten. This was so helpful as it can be costly when you start of. And one other thing i must say is they are true animal lovers. They have a wide range of good quality products and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Excellent service!!
81 Chapel Market, London N1 9ER, UK – 020 7278 1503
Awesome place and the lady owner is super helpful. I broke one item that I bought and went back to get a replacement. The lady owner gave the similar item for free and advised me to be more careful with my stuffs cos it is ceramic bowls. Definitely will recommend people to visit this store and heading back to Singapore. A heaps of thanks and my dog will love her new feeding bowls.
We weren't sure if a local pet shop would have what we needed after being disappointed by the Pets at home in Camden but this shop had everything and more, excellent choice range and a very sweet and helpful shop owner. You must visit you won't be disappointed.
Cantium Retail Park, Old Kent Rd, London SE1 5BA, UK – 0345 266 8967
Can't say enough good things about this place. Professional, helpful staff throughout. Big thank you to the grooming team! They did a great job on our two large Slovakian Cuvac girls, who are now shedding their puppy coats half as much.
Store is very big and has a lot of what you need. Staff are pleasant, and knowledgable on the pets. The prices are quite high for easily produced products. A full plastic hamster ball which is of average quality is £5. Hamsters are reasonably priced at £10 and mine have all been fine despite hearing horror stories of buying pets from here. Watch out when buying a cage from here though, most cages come without things as people take things out of the cage on display. Missing tubes, missing connectors, missing water bottle made buying a cage from here a nightmare. Though, buying a cage online was alright, it came quickly and no damage. The vets here is probably the worst I have ever seen or heard from. My very sick hamster, who was at her death and needed treatment asap made me ring the Vets4Pets or what ever the name is to ask for their price range. The staff who was so under knowledgable on hamsters said £60 for a consultation. There is a private 5 star vets not far from me who charged me only £35 and £5 for medicine. Their vets is to be avoided at all costs. I’d like to say though, the staff are very helpful and kind. Those with green t shirts not the vets staff. Enjoy shopping ere and seeing the small pets. Who are always kept clean with fresh food, water and bedding.

Great customer service, staff are giving their best to make customers comfortable to shop in this store! The store is Clean and neat all the time!
Asif provided great customer service. Got my shirt printed so quick and was friendly!
Canada Water Retail Park, Surrey Quays Rd, London SE16 2XU, UK – 020 7394 2000
A great store with a huge selection of items. They lost a second store to an insane 50-storey block of flats and I was worried we would not see the great variety that they had across two stores but they somehow managed to maintain a great stock. We have bought anything from bikes to snorkels there over the years and the quality and warranties are great. On the odd occasion something developed a fault we had it replaced under warranty and they keep digital receipts so it has been straightforward. It can get very busy there during weekends and that is when it is tricky to have the help from staff but overall staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Love Decathlon. Huge selection, good quality and good prices. The staff here are really friendly and the bike assembly and repair services are good and cheaper than other bike specialist shops
6 Cheapside Passage, One New Change, London EC2V 6AF, UK – 020 3170 8746
Great store. Booked an appointment to have ski boots fitted and couldn't have had a better experience. Bruce was highly knowledgeable, very professional, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary add-ons. I think for ski boots they are probably not the cheapest place, but the service & guarantee you get make up for this. Will be taking my ski's in to have the bindings mounted this weekend.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable personnel. Every single person that assisted me in this shop gave me valuable information and good advise. I had my trekking boots fitting here and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I have been to this Ryman a few times to buy miscellaneous stationary items. The staff is very helpful. They give you the best available advice. On one occasion they suggested a cheaper alternative to the product that I want to buy, on another instance, they recommended another shop that would have the item that I was looking for.
324 Bethnal Green Rd, London E2 0AG, UK – 020 7729 1522
Highly recommend Newmans Stationary. They were efficient, friendly and a huge help for my course work submission.
I've gone to Newmans for two bulk print orders as they were able to source paper in the correct colour where larger local printers failed. The customer service was excellent on both occasions and the prices were very competitive. Highly recommended.
63 Borough High St, London SE1 1NF, UK – 020 7407 0288
Pretty good, nice staff. However you would find it hard getting a push chair or wheelchair inside. Very small. But has a lot of things.
Good. I have never had a bad experience here and I buy there stuff all the time.

Lovely, helpful staff. You need to pop in regularly as they always have new stuff coming in. It can be a bit hit and miss - but worth checking out. The good items sell fast - so there are some great bargains to be found.
You can always find very good item there. Very helpful staff and good quality of furniture.

Nicole was really nice and helped me a lot choosing the right design for our cards. We are really happy with the end results, the cards look lovely and the quality of the paper is great. The delivery was also super fast!
The people that we worked with at MarryMe by Amoretti were great! They printed our wedding invitations which were beautiful, as well as a table plan. I would definitely recommend them!
24 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2BN, UK – 020 3141 7740
This company provided me with catering equipment for a work party. Everything went smoothly, can't fault them
This is a company I use regularly, I am a musician and always need to hire chairs, tables and catering equipment for my events. Having a company that I can rely on to deliver on time is a real bonus. They are located in central London which is where most of my gigs are so are in a good location to deliver all over London.

I had an amazing experience with the company.Fresh food and great service! Highly recommend the service. Had the pleasure of meeting Matthew and Natalie, who were very helpful and friendly! Thank you for all the help and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
I have been really delighted by their services . Matthew and Natalie were a great help, always smiling and polite . The food was very high quality .Probably the best catering company in London I have used so far, highly recommend .

Laytons have some excellent wineries in his offer . I specially appreciate Artadi and Mont Rubí wines (the last is one of the producers of the native Catalonian grape "Sumoll" which is usually compared by its characteristics of delicacy to the Mencia or Pinot Noir Wines Inform Assessors, Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain . "We supply quality wines and food from Spain"
Place of good tastes!

My husband and I got engaged in May this year and decided to get married in the beginning of September. We had almost no time to organise everything the way we wanted. We were all the time behind schedule because of the restaurant, musicians etc. The only one who was incredibly fast and punctual was Bi Wine & Spirits. I love wine and all my friends know that very well. Thousands of thanks to BI wine & Spirits because they brought the most wonderful drinks to our wedding! You guys are simply amazing and we will always remember your professionalism and tasty wines!
We had a corporate event and needed urgent someone to take care of the wines and drinks. Last minute we`ve got one of our event organizers sick and immediately needed someone to help. Bi Wine & Spirits were so fast they came and prepared the whole thing calculating drinks by guest etc. They save us and did an outstanding job! Thank you, guys!
303 Old St, London EC1V 9IA, UK – 020 7729 2111
Brilliant selection of wines, including fortified wines, and a small but excellent round-up of interesting beers as well. Staff are helpful and happy to take time to advise, prices are fair for the area.
Great wine shop. Popped in for a couple of beers and walked out with two delicious bottles of wine. Really nice staff. Particular thanks to Lucy who not only let me try some yummy wines but also gave some great tips on my next trip to Seville.
