Visited store and was attended to Bike engineer, Chris. He was very polite and helpful. He advised me as to the parts I needed to purchase and explained how to fix the problem. Chris is the person to consult when you have cycle problems. Please keep up the fine work ethic, and maintain your good customer service.
Gotta love these guys, workshop was v. busy and they _still_ managed to repair the fault on my bike faster than the till guy could ring up the charge (and he wasn't slow). Alan

After a terrible experience with having my bike serviced on a local bike shop, my bike had been unrideable and I decided to go into Evans to get it looked at. They were really welcoming and helpful, got Marcel to look at it straight away, even rode the bike around to really try and understand what was wrong and realised that I needed a new cassette. They had the one I needed in store and then Arthur installed it on that same evening. Heloise was really helpful too. These people have restored my faith in the cycling community as they really went the extra mile for me. I thought that big retailers didn't care about the customer, well turns out I was wrong. Will keep on using this shop and couldn't recommend this high enough!
Really great customer service. Very helpful staff willing to share their knowledge and time. Much better than my experience at Halfords. Highly recommended

Raj was an absolute superstar. I booked a bike test last week, it was ready and waiting for me. Raj went out of his way to ensure that I knew all about the bikes and what they have to offer. I’ll be back from Rome in December and I can’t wait to buy my Christmas present to myself then! Fantastic to know they send them from London to Rome, saves me using my awful Italian to explain what I want.
After snapping my gear cable on a particularly brutal hill, I needed someone to help repair it. Not wanting to take on the challenge myself (to avoid further bike damage) I went to a few bike shops in the City. Evans were the only one who could fit me in that day and said it would only take 15 minutes to repair. They communicated with me by email to confirm the job had been done and I was pleasantly surprised that the grand total for the job was only £15! Really pleasant staff who all seem to be passionate about bikes. Whilst I was there they were also really nice to a bloke who came in with a puncture and helped him repair it himself (for free).
