Whilst were sleeping, the NHS is still running and Teresa May is a mug. What was a very distressing matter, the out of hours staff ,Bussy, Nosizo and Rindai were the most helpful members of staff. It was a very personal issue and each individual from their own department ensured I got to the right place. The NHS needs more employees like those mentioned. Cannot fault them.
spent about 2 weeks here just before Xmas following a stroke. staff were amazing as were the doctors. amazing experience.

Fairly to say hospital are clean & nice as well as the physio therapist because I had to go for my physio every month twice I always had nice experience from them but down side is people who work at the reception they don’t have any smile on their face no greetings nothing. Sometimes they r busy amongst themselves to discus theirs personal issue while u staying on the queue. In their communication they don’t have few words which are , please, thanks. They need some training about how to provide a good customer service just a smile 😀 can bring this hospital top star
Very good hospital and research facility! Friendly staff and doctors, good service and the research part of the hospital is brilliant!

A FANTASTIC hospital. I think it must be the best one I’ve ever been to. Had a minor procedure done, had a separate single occupancy room for the day. Very nice view, great a la Carter lunch, absolutely SUPERB nursing staff who were knowledgable and with great bedside manners. The procedure itself was expertly done! Highly recommended!
With over 160 beds, 22 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres, this is one of the UK's largest independent hospitals in UK..............
